We were in the larger one bedroom suite on third floor about 2 doors from elevator. No noise problems. Good size room. Afternoon sun does heat it up so maybe ask for room that faces other way. Plenty of hot water, great to have the fridge and microwave, and large table. Was surprised that the sofa was in bad condition with rips and stains. Told them about it at checkout. For the price, you do expect better upkeep of the furnishings. Ample parking. Because it is outside of Sedona proper, you need to consider the time of day you want to go into Sedona due to traffic. This problem is not unique to this hotel, and is an overall issue for Sedona. We had to give up the idea of going anywhere on Saturday afternoon as the backup of cars was so bad. But happily we could walk from this hotel to Cucina Rustica where we had our dinner reservations, and that is an excellent restaurant. Breakfast at the hotel was fine but service can tend to be slow so one day when we had appointment in town, we told the waiter and he made sure we were in and out within the time we had allowed (45 minutes once we were seated, and we had waiting 15 minutes for a table). So overall we considered this a good experience and if it were not for the sofa situation, we would have rated 5 stars.

Hotel's Favourite
We stayed for 3 nights at the Hilton Sedona. We were weighing out the pros and cons of staying on the north or south side of Sedona, but I am glad we chose the Hilton. We booked a 1 bedroom suite, and were in a corner suite, which had plenty of room for 4 of us. Kids were on the pullout couch, and my wife and I had a separate bedroom. The south end of Sedona is considerably less crowded, but still conveniently located and a 10 minute drive to the Pink Jeep tour company. The hotel had a good breakfast, including a sit down breakfast or grab and go from Starbucks. The back patio has fire pits, which were nice in the morning for coffee, or evenings for drinks. We walked to a good Italian restaurant one evening for dinner, and ate at the hotel another time. Certain aspects of the hotel are dated (such as 42" TV's in the rooms), but overall, nothing that was an issue. We are happy we chose this property and would definitely return here.

My family and I were so happy we stayed at this resort. We used the pool each day and it was so relaxing. The drinks and food at the pool were so good. Each employee working at the resort was so friendly and accommodating. The views from our room were breathtaking. Definitely pay for red rock views bcc they don’t disappoint.
