Recently renovated the view is truly amazing and a reason to stay here. It is also located in Uptown Sedona so the location is great to walk to restaurants and shops nearby. The downside was the staff person who checked us in was less than friendly. Even though their website said the pool and spa would be open July 1st and we checked in July 2nd no apologizes were offered she seemed super annoyed I brought it up. So to sum up no pool or spa and a basic room with a view in a good location.

Clean, recently remodeled room with beautiful views (request a second floor room). Peaches at the front desk went out of their way to be accommodating (even hauled our luggage upstairs to our room...thanks again). The location is busy. For first time visitors, uptown puts you in the middle of the tee shirts, trinkets, and crystal district. I suspect most people on a return visit would stay in Oak Creek or West Sedona. That being said.. this is an ideal location. Great restaurants within walking distance (Elote and Cowboy Club).

Our room was quiet. The updated shower with rain head was beautiful but did leak out onto the bathroom floor. The view of the red rocks from the second story was great! We liked the ability to walk to shops and eating places (lots of road traffic). Only complaint: the office is SUPPOSED to be open from 7am to evening. Both mornings we were there, it didn't open until about 8:30am and had already closed before 5pm on one day. If you want more coffee for your room, get it WHENEVER you see a person in the office or you will have to wait till they drag themselves in to work in the morning. Other than that, we enjoyed our stay and it was one of the more reasonably priced rooms for being in town in May at about $200 per night (pricy town for sure).

Room Tip: Second floor is best for the view and the lack of overhead noise. No elevator though.

Making the decision to stay here was a no brainer. Right on the main road and walking distance to everything in town. Parking on the back. Our room was on the second floor overlooking the street with a beautiful view. The room was newly renovated and well appointed and very comply. Loved it! Coffee and tea provided in the room. We had a morning with snow and it turned rather chilly for the day, but no problem cause we were steps away from many restaurants. Stay here and you won’t be disappointed!

Rented a king room with a sofa bed that was a chair that folded or to be a very smallish single bed that one could not even roll over without failing out! Had a very disappointing teen. The room is nicely appointed and smartly laid out otherwise. Good storage and hooks. Fridge and microwave was handy. Bathroom was challenging, modern shower looked nice but water on floor due to gaps in doors. Separated sink area that had no door, which caused noise disturbance when sleeping. Nice balcony with mtn views and sunrise. Great to be in town and walk everywhere due to horrendous traffic. Parking can be a challenge too. Friendly staff with coffee in lobby and water with granola bars, a nice touch. Beers and soda for sale but out of PHX ??!! Owner owns both? Not a full service hotel, but motel with history.
