Pros: Bed was super comfortable. View with the balcony was really nice; however, I had not previously been to Sedona and the view would be amazing from almost any hotel. Free bottled water in the lobby. Location was perfect to be within walking distance of tons of shops. Cons: Super thin walls--could hear the people above us very well. I was also in a conjoined room (was not told this and didn't ask for it room 209 FYI) I was woken up at 6AM to the person in 210 blow drying their hair. Toilet rubber seal needs to be replaced; the water would constantly be running because the rubber wouldn't seal to hold the water. Pool and hot tub were undergoing maintenance and not usable which we were only informed of by a piece of paper taped to the front desk when we arrived to check

Perfect location in Sedona, we spent two nights. The room and view was amazing as we stayed on the third floor. Our baloney had an incredible view of the red rocks. Shout out to Madison at the front desk, helpful and accommodating. Room was clean and spacious, loved having a refrigerator- freezer. Shops and restaurants all around, also many different tour companies very close. Have fun

The location is great especially if you want to shop or do the Pink Jeep Tour - very close by. four adults stayed in 2 queen room that has a lovely view of the Red Rocks, but you have to walk by every other guest's wide open doorways/windows to get to your door so it's not terribly private. I knew that it was a shared balcony, but this also provides the only entrance to the rooms. So if you're looking for privacy, book the private balcony rooms, I guess? It was fine for our needs for one night because we were taking the 7am Pink Jeep tour. The parking lot is TEENY tiny and the pool was closed, but it looks VERY nice and peaceful. The coffee in the motel office was delicious.

Buyer be warned - Paid for a "premium room" with little premium value. Cons: Broken fireplace in room. Teeter-totter toilet in bathroom (yes, when you sit down on the toilet and someone in an adjoining room sits on theirs your toilet will rise and fall). Broken shower door, everytime we tool a shower the door wouldn't close all the way causing water to spray everywhere. Walls were thin and could hear EVERYTHING going on in the next room. Pool and hot tube were "closed for maintenance", however no maintenance was actually completed during our stay and if you look closely at other reviews you will see it has been closed for some time. High hotel fees, $150 for water, coffee and internet (come on now). Carpet was quite dirty in our room. Stained the bottom of my white shoes,
