Spring break trip as we pass through to Grand Canyon. Willy at the bar is the best in town! Great, clean property with incredible customer service! Modern feel, laundry on property and in the perfect spot with close access to many trailheads.

Overall this hotel is a terrible value, and I recommend you stay in Flagstaff and drive in, or 20 minutes north in the heart of Sedona. Here is the good and the bad: Good: + Hotel is new and clean and contains all the basic things you’d expect in a room (no tub, if you like baths, not outdoor space) + Staff was friendly at check in. Bad: + Room is SMALL! And I live in NYC and am accustomed to small spaces. I expected so much more for the price... + Maybe I am used to Platinum / Titanium Marriott/ SPG status (recently fell to Gold) and got a nosebleed room, but my room faces the highway. It’s NOISY (again, even for someone who lives in Manhattan) and has a view of strip malls and highways... not quite the picturesque scene for which I paid a premium. + The location is NOT in

Thank you for your honest feedback regarding your stay with us. I appreciate you taking the time to submit your thoughts. The hotel has several different types and sizes of rooms, some larger than others. We believe that our location here in the Village of Oak Creek, although not in the middle of Uptown Sedona, has its benefits. We have 20+ restaurants and bars within walking distance of the hotel and I apologize if we didn't point those out to you during your stay. I would also like to note that Flagstaff is a 45 minute drive from Sedona and may be longer if there is winter weather. 100% of our guests drive a car to our hotel as there aren't other methods of transportation available in this remote area of Arizona so we do charge all of our guests the $10 overnight parking fee as do most all other hotels in the Sedona area. Telling us that you don't have a car and parking next door is ok, but not the most convenient option.

Sandy started off our early mornings in Sedona with a smile, cheerfulness and EXCELLENT attentive service at the hotel Grab & Go breakfast! Hotel is new and sparkling clean. Great shower. We loved this part of Sedona as it had more convenient amenities without the oppressive traffic in uptown . Highly recommend.

The hotel is new and beautiful. Our room was very spacious which worked great with 2 adults and 2 teenage boys. We had 2 queen size beds and a sleeper sofa. Having the mini kitchen was also very nice. The location is perfect to get to all the hiking easily, great restaurants right in the area, and not as much traffic/congestion as downtown Sedona. Best restaurants in the area were Butterfly Burger, Tortas de Fuego, Rotten Johnny's, and Cucina Rustica. All of these are within walking distance of the hotel. The cleanliness of the facility and customer service by both the front desk and the manager were exceptional. They even had live music one night on the patio. I would highly recommend this hotel!

Extremely nice friendly people very supportive in time of need when my husband had a hiking accident. Will recommend this hotel highly. Configuration of rooms is very nice too. After his fall they immediately changed us to handicapper room and provided wheel chair. Several choices were offered for breakfast. Location is near to very nice hiking places, The kids walked up to bell rock and cathedral rock.
