Just got back from the Best Western Inn of Sedona. The room was clean and very nice. The bathroom and tub were spotless and plenty of large bath towels. All linens were in fine shape. The TV reception was good although some previous posters had problems with this. The room decor is tastefully done and there is a small fridge in the room that came in handy. The views from the room were drop dead as the location of the property is top-notch. The check-in was smooth (they would not take us before 3 PM check-in) and the reception area is very inviting. There is a fireplace located there (not necessarily needed in June!!) and a computer with printer available to all guests. This came in handy when I needed to print my boarding pass for Southwest 24 hours in advance of my flight. The

What a wonderful view. We stayed at the Best Western Sedona from 5/29 to 5/31. There were some trouble with the reservations. We booked adjoining room but the guy working the counter said the manager changed our room because of a wedding party. I have to say that peeved me slightly when I had the rooms booked for months. But the guy working the desk was very nice and worked it so we got a room with a view. My inlaws didnt have a view but they just came and enjoyed ours. We had a room with double beds that was quite nice and on the second level. My inlaws was on the third level (which is the top it is built into the mountains). They had a wonderful room with a king bed and jaquazzi tub and fireplace. The hotel was nice and comfortable and I would stay there again in a

We were given a room facing the rocks. There's a nice open patio alongside the rooms with an amazing view of the rock formations. That alone made this worth staying at. There are other buildings without that kind of situation though. The room was passable. We had a mini fridge and a fairly decent sized room. TV reception was poor though. Cleanliness was again, passable. However, our sheets were not changed the second night, which I find unacceptable. Also no elevator! There's a pretty little pool area and a decent continental breakfast. The concierge was extremely helpful and friendly. She had great suggestions about activities in the area. In a pinch, I'd stay here again, but the housekeeping problem is really unacceptable.

We went to Sedona for my boyfriend's business meeting held at the Best Western Inn of Sedona. Since we were flying in the weekend before we wanted to stay there the whole time. When we asked about staying Saturday night we were told there were no rooms available. When the rest of our group checked in Sunday they were told by the front desk staff that we were no shows for our Saturday night reservation. Grr! They had to cancel our reservation entirely and make a new one under my name so I could check in while my bf played golf. I checked in no problem. I don't believe we were charged for the "no show" night but I'm not sure since someone else paid for all the rooms, more on that later. We had room 317 which is at the end of the main building. It didn't seem as spacious

I just had my wedding (4/29/06) at the BW Inn of Sedona and were thrilled with the location, staff, and service. Everyone we encountered was so pleasant & helpful. We gave wine to each of our guests & unprompted, the hotel handed out cork screws to each person as they checked in...What a nice touch!! The guests loved the balconies on which we enjoyed coctails & laughs. The staff made sure our party was all placed near each other & therefore we had 2 balconies of friends and family. I couldn't have asked for a better setting!!! Rosalie's of Sedona is the sole caterer & they are WONDERFUL!! I highly reccommend this place to anyone looking to host their wedding in Sedona. The views, layout and service can compete with any of the fancier hotels.
