My daughter and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay!! Beautiful grounds. BEAUTIFUL views!! Close to everything! I was very concerned given prior reviews BUT found the staff and resort to be more than pleasant! We did a lot in the early part of the day and relaxed at the pool! Definitely recommend and look forward to visiting again!!!
My husband and I stayed at this hotel for our 20th and 25th anniversaries when this property was a Best Western. The prices were reasonable and amenities very good. Last week we stayed, again, for our 30th anniversary. This property is now re-branded as the Skyrock Inn. The price quadrupled for the same room, amenities are very limited (even during the pandemic I got a lot more from Best Western hotels during other parts of this trip). Although this inn has great views, it is definitely not worth the price. Staff is not very helpful. I requested a specific room type, explaining it is our 30th anniversary and still got a corner room with a view of red rocks only if you sit directly in front of the window. The room I requested was next to ours; same set-up and price. I am very…
Wedding party outside our door without notice, but we paid for a premium room with firebowl and deck and could not use it due to the party outside our door. Front desk did take off some charges but manager never called us or emailed us even though we asked for more reduction in charges for one night -
Unfortunately, the managerial staff needs to get their act together. A beautiful stay in Sedona was marred by our stay at the Sky Rock Inn. Beware if you have any issues because the general manager ignores you.
The staff was amazing. The rooms were amazing the view was amazing. Can’t wait to go back. The parking was great too. Book your stay around the weekends if possible the hotel has a local astronomer that comes out and shows you the stars. And by the way yoga in the am!
