There are specific pet friendly rooms on each level of the hotel. There is a one time non refundable pet fee of $20.00 plus tax which comes to $21.87. It doesn't matter how many pets or their size or how many nights you stay. It's just the one time fee.

We have a very good housekeeping staff. Our beds have new pillow top mattresses and we are constantly upgrading the rooms.

Yes, you may go to the terraces on the other floors. They are accessible to the general public. Just be aware that there are rooms very close by, so watch the partying.

You should request a 3rd floor terrace room. They are the most expensive rooms ,however, you can walk out of your room onto the terrace and enjoy panoramic views of Sedona terrain.

Hi, There are no elevators, because its located on an hill every floor also has a non step entery to the floor you dont need to take the stairs, if you park down hill you step right in front of the floor where your room is located. Parking lot is on the hill so someone has to walk just some meters downhill or take the stairs to go to the right floor. (The hill is not as steep as you might think) altough the stairs are dangerous. especially in the dark. But the topfloor (same floor as the lobby) has no stairs at all if that is available I would take that. the hotel is still between another building , and is not directly on the " main road. The road directly along the hotel is very quite, mostly used by hotel guest. The main road of sedona is not that busy I drive from los angeles .so sedona is a nice small town. I didnt drive from phoenix airport but from palm springs but, I looked it up for you, it is about a 2 hour drive from Phoenix. I hoped that I could help you with this info, sorry for the bad english some times im from holland.
