The whole place had a nice luxurious feel to it. Our pet room was very nice & deluxe. I enjoyed the nice pool. There was a nice green grassy area for our dog. The location had a Circle k & gas station next door. It was located very close to the 101 highway. I think we got excited about it because the previous La Quinta was adequate but had to have a towel put on the chair to cover up stains.

We were disappointed with this hotel. The television didn’t work, the heating/cooling system couldn’t be regulated, the breakfast was below what you would expect for this caliber of hotel, and no ramps for side entrances if you use a wheelchair, walker or cane. Very difficult maneuvering luggage through the door. We stayed here for the proximity to the Mayo Clinic.

Pool and hot tub… perfect. Breakfast awesome… super clean.. extremely friendly We will definitely be back… parking for big trucks with trailers, a little cramped… but it’s very worth it. We were laid over, all things considered, paradise in the desert!!

Great room and amazing breakfast! It was nice to see a hotel offering a full breakfast in light of so many closures over the past couple of years. Our room was spacious and clean. The pool area was nice and the grounds were well-maintained. There are not a lot of chairs around the pool; however, there were not a lot of people using the pool when we were there so we were able to find space without difficulty. The only minor negative is that there is not a lot of water pressure in the shower.

Will be back again soon. Great location and everything was as should be. A nice clean place to stay while your in town visiting. Breakfast was also good with some choices in food and beverages. Also close to gas station and restaurants.

The hotel manager have very bad attitude , zero service awareness. The hotel give us keys to the room when the fridge was on the highest cold temperature. we bought many grocery products that we have put in the fridge and all product got froze and go to trash . The manager of the hotel did not realy care and was not even open to listen to our story

Our room was located on the Freeway side of the hotel. You will absolutely hear the traffic in your room. You will also enjoy the sound of the elevator running all night as well as the ice machine kicking on and off. There is an overall musty smell in the hotel. We felt the carpet for wetness because there was a damp smell to it. The smell does not go away. The room still has popcorn ceilings so this is an older hotel. The staff is not really interested in hearing about your stay. Breakfast is only from 7-9 so if this matters to you, get there at 7. You will not love the experience after 8am. The cereal was good. The staff will come out to help you if you go and get them in the room nearby. Overall, pick any other hotel besides this one.

The room was adequate. We did have black smelly grainy liquid fill the bathroom sink. The maintenance man came in from the floor above where he had unplugged a drain. It backed up in our room. It was awful. He poured drank down and bleached everywhere. I had already rinsed the sink, but it stuck some. The breakfast was horrible. Two kinds of old looking sausage, hard boiled eggs that tasted and looked old pancake and waffle mix, stale bread. Juice system sprayed water from all nozzles. Many people were complaining. We’ve stayed at several of this chain all over the states for years. This one was about the worst. The tech guy had to come figure out why the printer didn’t work. It does now for others. We were very disappointed.
