This was one of the nicer Hamptons I've stayed at. It was well modernized and clean. Staff was friendly and helpful. The location was easily walkable to the convention center and downtown, a few blocks away. Breakfast was the usual (with plenty of waffle makers even with a packed breakfast room). Spent 5 nights here and it was great!

Hotel's Favourite
Chose this hotel due to it's great pricing and location. Price was great for the dates I stayed. I was lucky enough to also find a coupon code via visitphoenix website. I stayed for 2 nights at this hotel (taxes and fees included) what other hotel properties in downtown were asking for only 1 night. Maybe I just got lucky with my dates - no idea! I tried to do online check-in for this hotel but it was not available. When I arrived I was told it had not yet been setup for use. This seems to be a newer hotel, so that may be why. Breakfast is the grab&go style with cold food options. Parking was $37/night...I did not bring a car. We used the light rail [$2/trip or $4/day]. Light rail station is a short 5 minute [maybe less] walk to/from the hotel. Literally cheaper to park at the airport and ride the light rail in, or even Uber for that price. Hotel room was clean and smelled fresh/clean. Overall had a newer vibe to it. This may be the first Hampton Inn that I've stayed in that offers only a mini fridge, and no microwave. Bed(s) were comfortable, pillows were too. AC worked great - much needed in 100+ degree weather. Water pressure in the shower was nice, and the sink had a large vanity which I always appreciate. The location of the hotel is great. Like mentioned before, short 5 minute walk to/from the light rail. Approximately 10 minute walk to Talking Stick Resort Arena, and another 5 minute walk down the road to Chase Field. You can see both arenas/fields from one another on Jefferson, so they aren't far at all. Lots of restaurant and bar options as well as drug store and grocery store all within walking distance.…

chad was our valet and he was really sweet and did a great job. he also complimented my friends shirt which was really sweet! he was just helpful overall because i have never used a valet before and was a bit confused, but it gave us a lot of information!

Had a great stay! Clean rooms, good on-the-go breakfast. Dylan working valet was very helpful! I forgot to send a message to retrieve the car and he ran immediately to grab it. Was running late to a meeting, so I really appreciate Dylan’s quick response!

Overall the valet service was excellent. Especially since I can’t parallel park. hayden was super helpful and he’s got a super dope name. The room was super nice as well really modern and has a great tv. Down town parking is a killer so thank you.

I was first greeted at valet by Zach he was so courteous taking his time with my luggage. The front desk greeted me with smiles and nothing but the best hospitality during my stay. For anyone taking a trip to Phoenix. I’d recommend choosing this hotel for your future stays!
