The front desk clerk was nice and personable. We chose the Home2 Suites/ Mesa Longbow because it was close to my son's house and nice restaurants are nearby. The room was clean and adequate space to move around. We will be back.
The rooms are clean, spacious, and well-kept. The staff are helpful and courteous. They will give you a warm greeting. The hotel is next to a golf course with great views and a large outdoor patio with a gas fire pit. Perfect place for spring training or a winter vacation.
First time in a Home2 and enjoyed the concept. This property is a great home base, away from the hectic city.. yet still close to tons of food options and easy to get to everything. There’s even an arcade/ movie theater/ bowling alley across the street. These also a brewery down the road, LOVED the free laundry in the gym and large fridge in the room. The design of the hotel is fresh and modern, enjoyed sitting on the patio with misters and the salt water pool was lovely. Shout out to Andrea on the PM shift for always being so pleasant and efficient and the housekeeping staff who were always so friendly. My daughter struck up a conversation with one of the ladies and even remembered her favorite color. A property is only as good as the people who staff if and everyone from Maintenance to Housemen have been awesome always busy, but never too busy to say hello. Keep up the good work guys!…
My recent stay at Home 2 Suites was one of the most pleasant hotel experiences I’ve had. There is a full size refrigerator and kitchen amenities. The room is very clean and comfortable. The hotel is within walking distance and close driving distance to restaurants, shops and the golf course. I would definitely stay here again!
We were in town visiting family and friends and stayed here for 4 nights. Our King suite was roomy, the bed was comfortable, and we enjoyed the convenience of having a couch and kitchenette. The staff was friendly and helpful. The breakfast bar was plentiful and offered many choices. The entire facility was new and clean.
This hotel location is near the HAWES trails, Salt River and Longbow Golf course. In the evening, it is walking distance to Fat Cats bowling and cinema. The hotel is immaculate. Breakfast included the basics and was well managed. The staff was friendly and helpful. Couldn't have had a better trip.
Great room, hotel, the works! Clean! Used the workout facilities but not the pool- all was well! Great location and friendly staff! Will return when needed! Proximity to In-n-out and the golf course was awesome. Great golf course BTW. Parking was easy and no other noise and messes- very new and well appointed. Look forward to returning!
We have stayed approximately 50 nights over the past year in a variety of hotels ranging from Best Westerns and Holiday Inn Express to Gaylords and the Disney Grand Californian, to include multiple stays in other Home2 Suites properties. This is a new hotel with an excellent staff. Unfortunately, the construction of the room walls was so thin that you could hear normal conversations, use of the microwave, the television at normal volume, etc. in the adjoining rooms as If the other guests were in the room with you. This was very apparent when compared to other Home2 Suites we have stayed in including one just two days later, with both adjoining rooms occupied and no noise issues. If you are looking for a quiet, relaxing experience, this hotel is not for you as it had a more of a party atmosphere with noise well into the early hours of the morning, even after discussing this with the staff. This is unfortunate, because it really is a nice new property, but the price point which was closer to a resort hotel compared to the room construction of a low budget hotel made our stay less than ideal.…
Awesome place to stay. Every one is hospitable and welcoming. Even with facial mask on, I could still feel Front Desk Grace’s smile. I felt right at home when she checked me in. I talked to many return guests that said the reason they always come back is the staff.
The stay started off good with the exception of the pool incident. My husband loves to swim in outside pools, but the day he decided to get into the water, he had put his feet into the water and dive it a dead mouse floated by his feet. Although the hotel assured us that they clean the pool daily. I find it hard to believe. The pool remained open after my dead mouse incident. We notice people swimming 20 minutes later. That day they only remove the mouse no cleaning was done. We decided not to enjoy any of the outside amenities.
