Horrible! Lady said she was giving us a "great" deal on a condo stay. Yeah right! Sketchy neighborhood, no furniture except a TV on the floor in the livingroom, a table and chairs and a bed. Oh and plenty of little freaking roommates! Cockroaches, everywhere. I know why she wrote "not refundable" on our receipt. I was actually quite scared for the first time in my week long stay in Mesa!

This is no motel. Two hours here, you'll know what I mean. Come on down and whet your whistle. Fun for young and old alike. Heh. Good luck. That's about the sum of it. Good eating, horrible cuisine. Bye

We stopped at the Miles Motel and asked if they a pet-friendly room available for the night. The owner said, “I don’t allow pets at this motel, but I am willing to rent you ‘my Condo’ for the night. “I just had it renovated and it has brand new carpet. It’s a nice two-bedroom, two-bath unit. You’re gonna’ love it. It will be just right for you!” she said. She asked for driver’s licenses and a credit card. I filled out a registration form with the info about our car and signed the form. She told us to follow her employee to the Silver Creek Apartments at 124 N. 67th Street. When we opened the door to her “Newly Carpeted Condo,” we entered a dark, dank living room. The “condo” had grimy furniture, cheap carpet, and an old-fashioned TUBE-TV covered in a thick layer of dust. There counter tops were filthy and there was slimy, black wastewater in the toilets. We were aghast! We went back to the Miles Motel to ask for a refund. The owner said “Our policy is NO REFUNDS but I’m willing to break the ‘no pet rule’ and put you in a room here at the motel.” The room was disgusting, too. We found bugs in the sink and the towels had stains on them. The proprietor said “We Don’t Give Refunds. I can offer you a different room, but I can’t give your money back. Our policy is NO REFUNDS!” I asked if she could give at least half the money back. She said no, so we went to a different hotel. We didn't even stay there, but they would't give our money back. The next morning I called and requested that she void the credit card transaction; she went off on me over the phone. She accused me of extortion and defrauding an Inn-Keeper. She informed me the registration card I signed included a clause about “no refunds,” and that my offer of a partial refund was attempted bribery! “This a reputable business,” she yelled! “I’m not negotiating with you. This is not the flea-market!” We disputed the transaction with the credit card company. The result is still pending.

Never, ever have we stayed in such a disgusting place. Cockroaches, broken lamp, cupboard, broken and filthy blind, lock. Filth, mold at bottom of tub, toilet.. don't do it. Wouldn't give us our money back. We considered sleeping our car after we saw motel room. Left at crack of dawn..

In spite of the reviews and because of the price I reserved a handicap accessible room which, upon arrival, was not available. After some discussion, the woman said she would ask the fellow there to move and he did. I asked her about reports of bed bugs and she said those reviews were written by people she wouldn’t allow to stay there. We inspected the room and found what appeared to be fairly new mattresses and no bugs could be seen. The television was an old one but functional. The WiFi was consistent. The heat blew nothing but cold air however we got a room heater. There was a broken lamp. Traffic noise was not an issue but people in the parking area were briefly a problem. Organization was lacking in terms of the reservation, i made the reservation directly with the motel, saw the charge on my card but never got an email confirmation.upon arrival,it took some time to find my reservation and as noted previously, the room I requested was occupied. All in all everything worked out well but it was not a smooth operation.

My son ended up at this dump last night because it was all his work could find for under 200. He ended up texting to let us know he and the crew would be sleeping in the truck, and could I please call the health department first thing Monday. The fact that these guys would sooner sleep in a filthy work truck than the rooms in this hotel speaks volumes.

I had to book a last minute room and this was the cheapest place that trivago found. Upon arrival I was greeted by the lady at the front desk who seemed friendly-ish but was a bit overwhelmed by the phone constantly ringing, drawing up a rental contract for a couple (they have apartments behind the hotel), checking me in, and getting a profanity laced tirade thrown her way by a tenant. The place didn't feel very safe and this feeling was very present upon leaving the next morning when I had to pass by a guy sleeping in the stairwell and a guy walking the parking lot who wasn't an employee. Now for the room itself. The walkway in front of the room smelled like urine, paint and drywall were coming up near the door way, the remote was missing, cigarette ashes in a drawer, a drawer that was no longer there just the front of it balancing in the nightstand, bathtub didn't drain well, roaches, and the ac was 50/50 at best. Only reason i gave this place a 2 instead of a 1 is because of the lady at check in and the sheets were clean. Traveler beware.

So this was a last minute booking through price-line.com. Fairly reasonable price. Mary who checked me in was very friendly and even upgraded the accommodations to a nearby other property which they owned! the other property was fairly spacious and fairly decent. When I arrive to return the key back at 5:30a no answer with the bell. I came back around 6:30a same thing no answer, and when I called to let them know I am returning the key, the guy who picked up the phone gave me an attitude. Although Mary was friendly, both owners should be consistent. Beware!

The title says it all. Do not believe the photos on the internet. This is not a safe place to stay. Do you remember the book by Ralph Nadar, Unsafe at any Speed? This motel is unsafe regardless of your desperation.
