Hotels amazing. All staff friendly and helpful. Foods nice plenty of choice daily. We booked the al a cartes, we booked three, steak house 20 euro per head Mediterranean 12 euro per head and Carat VIP 15 euro per head all the food was delicious. They did have some restaurants and bars closed while we were there but they had plenty open and enough room for all guests. Social distancing between sun loungers and table and chairs in the bars and restaurants plenty of hand sanitizer available throughout the hotel and temperatures checked before you enter the restaurants (3 times each day) there are plenty of food on offer during the dayaswepl as the main restaurant there is also chicken fish. Salad. Donuts crepes fruit. Hot dogs. Burgers. Chips. Ice cream and ice lollies on offer daily, Then you have the turquoise snack restaurant that’s open every afternoon for food they do a lovely kebab with rice chips and salad. This hotel has everything fun fair lots of water parks for all ages, Lots of pools, Play parks. 4 lane bowling. Cinema. Kids arcade day and night entertainment. We enjoyed our stay at this amazing hotel and we will definitely be returning. Thankyou to all the staff at Granada luxury for a wonderful holiday.

Pros *Hotel not too far from airport, about 30 mins. *Hotel looks nice *The gentleman that plays the piano is fantastic, he’s interactive and creates a great atmosphere *Choice of activities for all ages (if open) *Card based system for arcade and fairground works well and is reasonably priced, both are brilliant for toddlers and children. *Can pay in a number of currencies *Heated indoor and some outdoor pools *Childs pool warm and protected from sun *Can walk into Belek, nice local market on a Saturday *Good selection for children and adults at breakfast and dinner. *Rooms cleaned and fridge topped up *Water readily available *Towels readily available *Restaurant staff promptly clear away so it is always clean and tidy and tables to eat at.

Cons *Air con wasn’t on, after a few days of guest complaints, they did switch it on, so not necessarily a con in the end. *No baby formula on site. We asked and were told the bar can provide milk, they can give you a carton of milk that is used to make cocktails. Local shops don’t have premade formula, only powder so take your own if you plan on day trips. (One baby fruit jar available and one savoury available in restaurant but no microwave to heat)* It was not advertised when activities would open and what shows would be on and where. It was advertised that buses to the beach were running between certain times in the day, guests waited for them, only to realise they weren’t actually operating for another week or two. Staff often didn’t know, provided conflicting answers when they did and things changed last minute. Speak to other guests to see what info they have and the Jet2 reps are helpful. Surprisingly Easter holidays isn’t peak season, from April 15th onwards it is so I’d expect all maintenance to be complete and everything to be open with full schedules available from then. *No healthy options for lunch other than plain jacket potato with salad. No ice lolly’s available just icecream. *Hand gel not readily available in restaurant where you want to gel your hands after touching the buffet serving spoons before eating. Not Hotel Related: *Some taxi drivers hold hostility to foreigners and will try to scam you. Ask taxi drivers to put meter on - tip what you wish on top but still be weary and prepared for scams. On one occasion, we were quoted a fixed price, 4 x actual taxi value. On another occasion a taxi driver demanded an extra 30L for a journey before exit when we had already handed over meter price plus tip. For the sake of what 30L was to us, we paid it, we wanted to get our children out ASAP. *Travel Republic and Flight Check in* Even if online check in is not available on the way out, you should check in online for the return journey. Steep fines at the airport for those who don’t. Cash pocketed, couldn’t issue receipts.

The resort in normal times holds 3500 guests but was limited to 1500 during our stay at end of July to early August. This ensured there was space everywhere and all tables etc have been spaced out. All staff wear masks but not guests. The Pools and waterparks were great entertainment for the teenagers. The a la carte restaurants were slowly opening and the steak house food was superb and worth the small supplement. A couple of bars were still closed such a Karaoke but plenty of places to drink with one bar open to 4am. The staff were friendly throughout and there are an army of cleaners keeping the resort spotless. The main pool is massive and with much fewer guests you can swim all day on your own and not be near others if you wish. Overall we had a great holiday and took the small changes due to covid in our stride. The only niggle would be the size of the rooms were smaller than we hoped. No seating area and tiny balcony that you couldn't lie out on. We had booked 2 x Family Deluxe rooms (according to loveholidays) but it was one room that consisted of two bedrooms and shower rooms joined together. The spa is worth mentioning as that was one of the best i have been at for Turkish Hamman and massages. The hotel resort is huge overall and will take you a few days to see where everything is located. Even with the map.

If you are here for the spa and pool and for activities for young children, then this hotel has it all. To note that we are arguably the only English people here and it seems like the other guests are oblivious that Covid has ever existed.

Considering how desperate the hospitality sector is to get back on its feet, this hotel makes an extremely poor effort to enforce any type of measures with its guests, whilst staff are taking measures themselves with masks etc.

Most restaurants are closed and so meal times are a complete bun fight. Zero social distancing enforcement and everyone stands literally on top of you. If you try to leave space, someone walks straight in front of you and tells you to move up. There are markers on the floor and temperatures are taken upon entry to the restaurant, but there is no enforcement and the restaurant has no sittings and only open for three hours so everyone piles in together and trying to find a table is impossible. This is at breakfast and dinner. We then found it far more enjoyable to pay a Eu60 supplement to have dinner at the A la Carte restaurants. We had no choice.

I did speak to the manager as the eggs and pancakes were served literally by hand. Ie picked up by hand and put on your plate. When I asked that serving utensils were used I was shown by staff that they use gloves!!! This did improve the following day after speaking to the manager.

The family rooms are great with two bedrooms and a shared bathroom, perfect for a family, however on arrival we were allocated a room which overlooked industrial chillers and the service entrance. Reception advised that there was nothing they could do but did move us to a pool view the next day.

On a positive, the spa is fantastic and reasonable (not sure if they were discounting due to Covid). The Hammam scrub and massage is highly recommended and the team is lovely.

The pools are pretty good and plenty of lifeguards around. The beach is 5 minutes away by shuttle and nice enough. No real beauty but serves a purpose and has good water sport options. The Med is really warm - so lovely.

The lack of recycling and environmental awareness does not exist. The amount of plastic waste is very sad to see and when doing parasailing, the man on boat just threw plastic into the ocean. I asked him to stop but he just laughed. Sad really.

We’re staying in this hôtel for thé moment and i’m very frustrated.
We came in 2018, thé hotel went downhill from then.
We paied double the price in 2021, but for what you’re getting here its Not worth it.

You can get only Nescafé, as a coffee lover this is really a problem.
Thé buffet variation is really limited with no real meat, only minced meat. When we came in 2018 There was showcooking big variation in fish, meat etc. Breakfast also limited.
No children station, with yoghurt, Milk etc
Buffet is also very chaotic, and long waiting.
Thé béds are really small, 1.40m, rooms and bathroom also really small in comparison, delphin and thé royal hotels.
No bathrobe and this for a luxury room.
We have the luxury family room, but thé room for thé children has no window and no balcony
I have the impression they are usine Covid as an excuse to downsise, the food, drinks and staff

Thé Aquaparc is very Nice but very Lowd. With thé music.
Négatif point, we came down at 10.00h to thé swimmingpool around childrens pool and there were towels Everyway with no people around.
Staff is very friendly and They’re doing there best.

For us: what we paid (small fortune)for thé hotel, it wasn’t worth it.
We had so much beter for less money, royal hotels, delphin imperial, sueno delux, calista etc.

We recently stayed at this hotel as a family of three. The hotel is very big, with excellent pool facilities which include an aquapark suitable for all ages. The decor is luxurious and all areas were spotlessly clean.
Our room was spacious with a pool view with two bedrooms and good sized shower room. The mini fridge was stocked daily with snacks and soft drinks/beer, along with tea/coffee making facilities.
The bus to the beach takes around 10 minutes and runs every 30 minutes. The private beach is very clean with sport facilities but nothing amazing - although it was nice to go in the sea. A walk along the beach showed the impact of covid as many hotels were closed or on very low occupancy - it was quite sad to see.
The spa is lovely and the treatments are reasonably priced so I'd recommend a visit.
We found staff very helpful, particularly at Guest Relations, entertainment and in the a la carte restaurants.
The main restaurant had a wide variety of options but we did find it quite busy and noisy and question the advice travellers from other countries have been given re social distancing as many guests seemed oblivious despite the extensive measures put in place by the hotel. As a result we booked into the a la carte on a few occasions and felt it was worth the additional fee for a quieter environment and table service.
Towards the end of our holiday we saw more areas of the hotel opening and although it didn't have a negative impact on our stay we would have liked to experience the hotel fully operational to take it to a 5 star review.
We would definitely return.

Excellent hotel, very clean, service on very high level. All the premises are very large, although the hotel was full, you always feel comfort. Food is excellent, and there is a lot of fun for kids on numerous water slides and entartainment daily activities. Beach is perfectly organized, shuttle bus is taking you there on every 10 min and there is always enough room. The guest relatinship desk will always provide you with all the info and help you need and are very polite and professional.
Definetelly recommended to everybody.

Positive;
New resort
Good facilities
Very big pool and well maintained
Good for baby and children

Negative:
Room 1716 is good only if you are wake up very early in the morning. If your holiday include to rest in the morning it's not a good option. Every day the cleaning team talk, and talk, and talk loud and with all our effort nothings change. We inform the reception and they don't care.
Staff is very poor in attitudes with the guests (and we pay a lot of money for one week) to get services for a luxury resort and to worth the money.
Food all the day is ok and average, below our expectations for a luxury resort. We have been in others resort on around Antalya and this one has the average food.( It's not bad but definitely not what a luxury resort has to offer)
Internet wifi many times not working. For us not a big problem because we have mobile data but for sure it's not ok.
New resort but towels looks to be used for many years!
Every day, almost on the all restaurants and pools bars same food. It's never happened in others resorts.
The drinks are below average as quality and beside this the staff didn't know to prepare a cocktail not very sofisticated

Visited the Granada on 9th October for 9 nights with 3 children 17, 14 and 7 along with another family and my sister and partner.
I honestly could not fault anything about our stay we all thought the hotel was amazing and never been anywhere that had so many facilities .
The hotel and rooms were spotless , anything extra we needed for the room was delivered with 5 minutes of a phone ie extra drinks, towels etc . We had 2 bedroom deluxe family room , balcony was small and outlook not great but we really didn’t spend any time on it. I have heard people complaining about paper thin walls but we never heard a thing.
The pool area and water park were amazing for children of all ages and the staff were great at getting everyone involved in all the activities such as water polo , football, ninja warriors , very little wait times for flumes . There were plenty of sun loungers snd staff constantly cleaning up.
We all found the food great , loads of variety and the food court catered for everyone, kids especially loved the waffles!! We ate at the restaurant most nights, we would eat about 8 as found this quieter , staff great at getting us a large table which catered for 12 , I have never seen such a variety and food was really fresh and tasted great .
After dinner our kids tended to play Bowling which gave us piece and quiet to finish our drinks then we would go over and watch the show, the variety was great snd the kids especially liked the Motorbike and illusion show
Being Scottish we definitely got our moneys worth in the bars and I was very pleased that mixers were Schweppes , bar staff great and we tended to tip so often had table service but very little queuing. Good variety of cocktails also . Snack bar opened after 11 which was good .
I would definitely return to this hotel , only tip is I would bring inflatables for the pool as they were expensive both in the hotel and Belek

We came with 3 families, very hard in the 3 day managed to eat at same table all of us (adults, kids a diferent table) . The hotel is incredibly large, the aqua park area extremely far from the main building and the restaurant where you serve breakfast and diner, here almost all tables are indor, just few like max 30 outside so you go to stay inside or at pool during holiday, almost same food daily and no taste, for snak bar with waffles, donuts only in the aquapark area, as an idea in one day you do at least 12 000 steps. Just to go from one sıde to other two times. I didn't see a fruit bar by the pools, also the program is short at waffle and others station, in the aquapark area the music is incredibly loud, and a strong smell of chlorine. The hotel does not have a restaurant with a terrace, there are a few tables, outside which there is a beating, but very far from the food area. Lobby same stuff not enough table. The interior of the hotel is luxury at lobby flor but after you go up to the room if you are claustrophobic only the carpet saves you because it has some drawn leaves but dark brown walls, low ceiling ... The rooms are clean
and the double bed means 130 * 200,🤭 You can easy hear the discutions in the next and uper rooms. The artistic program nothing wow, the program at the kids club in the evening starts at 9.30 pm until 11 pm, is like maybe they will sleep until then . In short, except for a few employees (Mr Ramazan and cleaning personal) who smile and are helpful and a few rare palm trees because everything screams artificially, nothing reminiscent of luxury. İ complained at the
end about the negative parts but it is practiced to offer discounts in the future, cart restaurants and other things just so you don't write the reality or if you did it during your stay, so be careful consumer protection the score is not real, it is a great deception. JUST A MONEY FACTORY!!

Ha ha, I cannot believe this hotel is accusing people of writing false negative reviews when EVERYONE knows they offer incentives to write positive reviews while standing next to you, the sheer hypocrisy of these people is incredible. My two children ended up in hospital after visiting this dire hotel and management blamed us!! Do NOT go to this hotel if you value your health!
