Hi booked 3 tent plots with nekkies and paid it on 13 November 2020 as the due date for payment was 15 November 2020 the Monday 16 November 2020 i was called by Miss Joseph who works there to be told our money will be refunded because of covid case increases in the area they had to close down.i was promised a refund the next day if I sent my bank details immediately which I did .. I called the 18th to follow up i was the told by MIss Joseph that they are only going to pay my refund the 24th.i explained this was unacceptable as I was promised it would be refunded earlier and this was needed to pay for another booking or we will loose our booking.she said she would escalate the matter and call me back ..She never did..I called the 19th i called a spoke to a guy who said miss Joseph had stepped out of office but he will ask her to call me back.this was never done.She also does not respond to emails..it's scary to think this is the kind of service we as paying people are getting..I called today 23rd nov and no answer…

The resort is situated in a very nice location close enough if you need to get to the shops etc. As a nature lover would like to have more shade spots and trees. Ablution facilities acceptable as this is one of my must have items

This is a very nice resort on the banks of the Brandvleidam. The facilities are good and well maintained. Very nice wooden houses you can rent.The view are great on the dam. They do have good conference facillities near the dam. Nice and quiet hear for a weekend away.
