Such a great stay in the heart of stellenbosch! I have to start with the AMAZING staff, I can not believe how accommodating they were. They really went above and beyond to help us with reacommidating us after we missed our original flight to Cape Town. They were so quick to respond and so incredible helpful! The staff was just as great when we arrived, so friendly, so helpful, they honestly are what made this a 10/10. Outside of that, the rooms were perfect, the bed was so comfortable, stylishly designed! Having parking was a life saver even though everything was in walking distance. We will 100% stay again on our next trip to the winelands!

Fantastic place. Welcoming manager and staff. Newly furbished and super clean. Very quite at night. Rooftop terrace overlooking the mountains. Supermarket right across the street. Best location in Stellenbosch, 50 meters to restaurants and bars.

We stayed at the hotel for approximately three months from August to October 2021. We were stuck in South Africa, due to Covid lockdown restrictions. The hotel is very well situated, on a lively street, within walking distance of several great restaurants. It’s a short walk to Central town and there’s a great supermarket just across the road. The hotel is very well suited for self catering. The facilities are high end and the decor is contemporary. The staff are very friendly and professional. The hotel was always clean. The complementary breakfast in the morning was fantastic, along with a bottomless coffee. The internet was good but can be improved. We can highly recommend the hotel for both short and long stays if you intend visiting Stellenbosch. They also have a great rooftop patio, with incredible views of the mountains. There are facilities on the patio to braai, but we didn’t make use of these.

Room Tip: There is parking in the back, but be careful it’s very small, so large cars would be a problem.

So we were passing through Stellenbosch and found this place. We should have known better than to book late during a long weekend. We chose the Boutique Hotel because the look of the rooms, location and off street parking. To be fair the room was modern, well equipped and decent with the location really central. When we arrived at 4pm we had to wait outside the locked reception and phone the hotel, all the time waiting to go through the gates. When eventually the receptionist graced us with her presence we were treated to the car park, which could best be described as cosy . The hotel wifi worked ok, albeit unsecured. The service was inconsistent and awkward. Breakfast was functional and no medical issues following. After performing a 78-point turn in the car park, we were finally released from 107 at the 2nd time of asking. It's the first and last time we'll need to park there. Advice to Management - Be honest about the parking and train your staff around customer service.

The pictures on hotel.com definitely does this place a huge favour and definitely is deceptive. Once you enter your “lovely spacious” room you are shocked at what the pictures portray to the real life experience. In my opinion just a dolled up City Lodge. The room is super small and no luxury to speak of or anything Boutique as they call it! An atmosphere lacking entrance and breakfast room. Not being able to even have a sundowner before going to town. The price, well at R2600 a night i would suggest go find another place in Stellies. Theres plenty to choose from, but this one is a 100% skip from my side. Unfortunately my beloved booked and paid by what he saw on the photos, very deceiving of this hotel! But NEVER again.

Nice hotel but the service is very poor. The staff needs training on customer service. Only on the last day service was good thanks to the manager who took care of us. Breakfast was disappointing. The elevator is not user friendly.

Amazing spot! Would recommend to all. The room we stayed in was stylish and spacious. The staff were lovely. The breakfast was yummy. It has a wine bar and is located 30 seconds walk from the shopping, eating and drinking centre. Had a lovely lovely stay..will hopefully be back!

We stayed as a family of 5 , 3 rooms for 2 nights whilst doing wine tours . The accommodation is modern, clean and adequate for a short stay . The rooms are on the small side and the bathroom is cramped . There is no room to store anything or put anything by the sink but otherwise ok .The breakfasts were satisfactory and well presented considering the small breakfast area. The staff friendly and helpful with our enquiries. Its well situated for all touring however the big let down is the roof terrace . We intended to relax and have pre dinner drinks but we didn't ; we shared the same view as other travellers we met . The hotel sells itself on its views from the roof terrace. our first and only visit was a disappointment , it is dirty , in need of housekeeping and redecorating looking neglected and shabby . The furniture is dirty and strewn around . The view is obscured partially by expanding roof tops and solar panels , not as illustrated in the brochures . This was a big disappointment as this is why we chose this hotel . The rest of the hotel was well maintained and staff nice .FYI the safe is too small to store laptops just about could lock up a camera.

Thank you for taking the time to write this review for 107 Dorpstraat Boutique hotel. We value all our guests feedback. We are very happy that you did enjoy our staff, breakfast and service. Our rooms are a minimum of 25m, which is not small in international standards. We are extremely proud of our unique rooftop terrace, the only in Stellenbosch! We are the highest building in upper Dorp Street and therefore you will unfortunately see the rooftops of surrounding buildings - we are indeed situated in the centre of Stellenbosch! The rooftop enjoys unbeatable 360degree views of the Stellenbosch mountains - everyone has only loved it! The hotel is only 4 years old, as is the furniture on the rooftop terrace.

We staying for 1 night in 107 Dorp Street boutique hotel. Its a great hotel in an even better location. Lovely rooms and breakfast is a great spread and cooked To Order. The host was very welcoming and helpful. A really good find. Only watch outs were the door between bedroom and en suite🤣not exactly sound proof!! And the car park that is very tight but overall a great hotel.
