Beautifully appointed large sitting area and conservatory meant you had a chance to socialise, and the tea and coffee making facilities and honesty bar were a bonus. The location is perfect, a few minutes walk from town but in a quiet residential street with ample parking. Nice gardens with a pool although we didn't get chance to use it. Our room which was nicely decorated and very comfortable opened off the main living room which could be an issue if you had noisy guests. The staff were very friendly and the host was charming and most helpful.

This beautiful Guest House is Centrally situated and within short walking distance to Shops, Restaurants, Botanical Gardens and Coetzenberg Stadium. The B&B is beautifully decorated and spotless. Our Room was cozy & comfortable. The Staff were super accommodating & friendly. Our Children who are are University were welcome to join us for Breakfast in the morning, which was an added bonus and greatly appreciated! Breakfast was superb! The Parking is "Off-Road", but not secure - this was my only concern.

We were pleasantly surprised with the attention to detail and quality service which we received at Avenues. Our room was comfortable and clean; the communal areas were attractive and well thought out - lounge/dining area inside with outside seating area and pool for supper. I had requested some gluten free options for breakfast which the lovely manageress had arranged for me so I was pleased with that. The food was delicious and we were made to really feel 'at home' during our stay. The staff were really friendly and assisting. It's worth mentioning that the location is also within walking distance to town although we drove because of the rain!

Beautiful place, nice big bed and shower, lovely attention and tasty breakfasts. My room had a door towards the patio; didn't have the chance to use the pool but the patio looks very relaxing. Definitely recommended.

This is a very comfortable Guest House within walking distance of the centre of one of the pleasantest towns in South Africa. I was made very welcome and fully recommend it. The only slight problem was the limit to car parking but there is always space on the street.

The Avenues was a such a fabulous establishment. The staff were so friendly and helpful. We stayed over Easter and even received Easter package of Lindt bunnies. The rooms were comfortable and had everything we needed. Great location to centre of town -- waking distance.

This guest lodge is a perfect place to stay for a weekend visit to Stellenbosch. The house and rooms are very nicely done, comfortable and inviting. Breakfast is included and we had a choice of continental and a cooked breakfast. Free wifi, free parking and a pool!

First of all, the staffs were so nice that I could enjoy my stay in Sttellembosch. I will again stay at this lodge upon my next visit to Stellenbosch. Wonderful staffs and breakfast ! If any light dinner is served, it is much better.

I cannot find any fault with The Avenues. Everything through from the very warm welcome, superb accommodation, great breakfast, relaxed atmosphere, lovely pool, helpful advice when needed to the great price was excellent. Very well done to Kalin and all the staff!

A cosy guesthouse. Very friendly and serviceminded staff. À lovely outdoor place where we enjoyed à marvellous breakfast and also some wine in the evening . Took us a few minutes Walk to city center. Very good value for money
