Beautiful place, super staff and delicious breakfast. A 5/5 experience. From the moment you make the booking your wonderful experience start and you are spoiled all the way. Beds and linnen are of the highest quality. Bathroom products as well.

I booked this accommodation for my mother and friend for her birthday since I could not celebrate the day with her. The property went the extra mile by having balloons and champagne ready in the room upon my mother's arrival. They all wished her happy birthday and made her feel very special. They definitely go the the extra mile at Van der Stel Manor. According to my mom the property is immaculately kept and decorated and has everything that you would expect from a 4 star establishment. The property is also exactly as advertised in the pictures. I would definitely recommend staying at Van der Stel Manor and will certainly be booking our accommodation here again in the future. Visited Stellenbosch on a whirlwind work trip and coming 'home' to Van der Stel after 2 very difficult days was amazing. It is quiet, comfortable and has all you need to make travelling alone not so lonely.
