My mom and I stayed at Eagles Rest for a birthday weekend get-away in November 2016. We stayed in the 'patience' room on the 3rd floor which had a view of the ocean from the one window and a view of the lovely garden and pool from the balcony. We spent our day at the beach, Saldanha harbour and in the village close by, when we were not relaxing by the pool. The units are self-catering, we enjoyed our meals in the communal dining area on the first floor. Each room had a theme, e.g 'love-room', 'peace-room', 'dream-room', etc, which I thought was very cute. Place was clean and comfortable with free wifi (not that you'll be needing it).

Stayed at eagles rest, as I was not able to get accommodation at the Blue Water Bay Lodge for a wedding, I was pleasantly surprised. The rooms were nice, the hosts were very friendly and it was a 100m's from the wedding venue.
