12 on Beach Guest House is situated right on the beach of beautiful Saldanha. There is a comfortable flow between the rooms and the recreational areas overlook the beach and activities on the bay. There are patio tables and chairs on the front patio as well as in the back courtyard which offers more protection from the West Coast winds. The lounge with a beach view is just for our guests and it features a self-service coffee, tea and cereal station. The lounge and recreational areas are easily accessible from the rooms and the beach. All rooms have their own entrances and operate independently with their own bathroom and fully equipped kitchenette. Secure and gated parking is available but limited to one vehicle per room. Breakfast and laundry is available at an additional cost. The Guest House operates during business hours but if a guest checks-in after 5pm, instructions are SMSed to him/her for how to retrieve their room keys.

i really enjoyed my stay at your accommodation, anti joyce is very very nice..she assisted us in every way and her servicenis top class....the place is very neat , i would reccommend this place to every and anyone..keep.it up guys...im coming back..one of the best places i stayed so for....15 out of 10

Accommodation is value for money. Rooms have all the necessities needed. Email communication is poor and unclear. Very imporsonal check in. Breakfast not available or served on weekends. No personal touch :(

Lovely place to spend your rest days. Peaceful, quiet, neat and can access the beach and the view. The stuff is friendly and can assist you with everything you need. Especially Cindy, she goes an extra mile.
