The Sun1 Hotel Group has, yet again, proven to be "Top of the Pops"! After being unable to honour my original Booking for my Team, due to unforseen circumstances, the Sun1 Foreshore and Parow Teams did not hesitate to accommodate my request to change my reservation to one that suited - thank you, Sun1 !! As a regular and loyal visitor to the Sun1 Tsogo Sun Hotels, I shall remain such because of the professional, friendly and competent Staff, and the clean and comfortable accommodation.

More towels and toiletries please like more soap and shampoo and vending machines that are stocked and in working conditioning would be a great plus as well.as tv remotes that are working would also be great

Good and will come again or maybe once every month. The place was clean and quite. Maybe should have more pillows in room as one is not enough. But everything else was very good and enjoyed it a lot. The rates was good

They gave away my room without contacting me even though I had paid. I was put into what they called a 'disabled' room which I am sure they never clean nor maintain. I cancelled the rest of my stay and had a much better stay at another "cheap" hotel.

Worst hotel I ever stayed in, staff are so rude and not helpful at all, from the reception, to the hallways, to the rooms, filthy, no towels, I could just go on and on, Staff, cleaners, even the guards were just so rude and not willing to assist in anyway, No dstv, just Sabc channels, disgraceful that I relied on the Tsogo sun brand and got this dump, wifi is only in the reception area, bottomless coffee ... don't bother you wouldn't want to touch anything there.....

Sun 1 Parow Should work on their cleaning services. No room should be left untidy and smelling bad. The blankets were smelling very bad and the entire room smelling bad. I was giving my wife a special cost effective outing. But Parow Sun 1 did not help me to do this.

It is such a shame that the establishment is under the wing of Tsogo sun because it is an utter disaster. I checked 3 rooms on the ground floor and finally tolerated one on the 1st floor. The stench on the passage and rooms, the filthy carpets, the makeshift shower toilet.. a complete disaster.

I've stayed with Sun1 Milnerton before but unfortunately they were fully booked so I stayed at Parow Sun1, but the room wasn't as clean as Milnerton. Well situated, perfect for that one night out or weekend in the suburbs.
