This was an amazing stay! Thanks to Adrian and his friendly and helpful staff for making our stay special. Excellent breakfast and great accommodation. We can really recommend Lemoenkloof if you want a fabulous stay in Paarl. We will definitely be back
The room was spacious and well decorated with a comfortable bed. The breakfasts were delicious and the guest house is conveniently located on one of the main roads in Paarl. Despite its closeness to the main road, our room was still quiet and we never heard other guests during our stay. We stayed in Room 11 which is upstairs. Beautifully furnished with the only downside being that the windows in the room are small and you do not have much of a view. Other than that, a great place to stay.
Honestly was the best experience for my husband and I. We couldn't have asked for a better honeymoon destination and place to stay. The staff were so friendly and approachable, and the breakfast was out of this world. Not to mention how beautiful the grounds are. Thank you for the experience!
This place was such a lovely place to come back to after a long day out sight seeing. We stayed in room 50 and I was surprised at the amount of space we had. Great amenities and excellent service from the staff. Everybody helped us with a smile. 10/10 would stay there again if I'm in the area.
We attended a wedding in Paarl this weekend and after reviewing several guest houses, we opted for Lemoenkloof. A great find - superb bright refurbished rooms and modern well fitted bathrooms. Extra huge king size bed with crisp clean linen. A truly delicious breakfast served by very friendly and warm staff. Secure parking. Lovely pool area. In short- highly recommended if you are travelling to Paarl for a wedding or just simply want a weekend away.
Best of the best, will definately go back there in the not so distant future.Dion and Hainlie are the best and the staff are amazing, beautiful gardens ever....we were also happy to get to know the history of the property from Hainlie....keep up the good work
Really comfortable accomodation and comunal areas. Really wonderful owners and staff, working as a super friendly, approachable team. Nothing to big or too small to be attended to, booking cabs, finding flowers, sewing buttons, laundry same day....and the list goes on and on..... If you wish for anything, if you feel your stay could be improved by anything, in a relaxed and friendly way they will do what it takes to make it happen for you. I can not recomend the Lemoenkloof highly enough, an oasis of tranquillity in a lovely town in the heart of the wine country. Mr. & Mrs. Andrews, thanks so much for everything and please do pass on expressions of my gratitude to the team.
Hanlie and Deon are the most incredibly warm hosts, ensuring that every wish of their guests is met, and exceeded. One has the feeling that they have opened their home to one, and that one is a friend, rather than a guest in their beautiful Guest House. Adrian goes out of his way to accommodate one, and Maggie, Cathy and Elmien always cater to my dietary and conference needs with friendliness and care. I can honestly say that this is one of the best homes from home that I have stayed in during my many years of travel. I thank Hanlie and Deon and their staff for their attention to detail and their caring attitude to their guests, I am never just a number at Lemoenkloof - I am a friend who is welcomed back with open arms every time I return.
We have just had our third Husqvarna VIKING Sew Away at Lemoenkloof Guest House. It is a wonderful setting for our annual retreat. The conference facilities are well organized with attentive staff always ready to help. The rooms are beautiful, clean, comfortable and warm. We had breakfast, lunch and supper for three days. The food was absolutely exquisite, each meal was a delight! The team from Lemoenkloof made us feel special- Thank You. We have already booked for next year!
I attended a life changing seminar at the end of May in this beautiful hotel. We were settled in luxurious and comfortable rooms, passing secret gardens, immaculately groomed, and beautiful pools. Our host, the very competent, Adrian, assisted by a team of competent events organizers, a chef and well-trained, friendly assisting staff made us feel like kings. We were offered tantalizing breakfasts at a crackling fire and truly exiting lunches and dinners in a beautifully set dining room with a roaring fire to keep us warm. Our tea breaks were full of surprises and treats by the talented chef. The seminar facilities are excellent for smaller groups and can expand with ease for larger groups. The seminar room is comfortable and well cared for. To have a weekend retreat like I had was a look-forward-to event and recommended. Contact Adrian directly for details. I can recommend this hotel to visitors, weary travelers and those who seek food for the soul.…
