o-O-o Guest House is run by Miranda and Bart. They will do anything to make your stay as comfortable and enjoyable as humanly possible. Your kids will have a great time as well, the garden is a child's dream of a play ground. It was one of the few places where doors and windows were unlocked 24 hours a day, adding to a relaxed atmosphere.

What a wonderful time in Oudtshoorn. The guesthouse was amazing and the hosts so friendly. The play area for the kids are fantastic with a little house, trampoline, sandpit, ect. The area is child friendly and we love the big garden. Only 5 min from Pick a Pay centre. Will def stay there again !

It is a very nice place. The self catering is comfortable, spacious and very nice. Bart and Miranda are very nice people, they take care of us and give us good address to eat and also can help you in your trip. We wish we could stay longer but we had to leave. We recommend this place.

We visted One-O-One family guesthouse last October 2005 whilst on our honeymoon. We were greeted by a very relaxed and friendly Bart and Miranda who made us feel very welcome. Our room had a seperate entrance with a huge spa bath and walk-in shower, ideal for honeymooners. The room was very tidy and well equipped with tv, tea/coffee facilities and a safe for all your valuables. In the morning we had a good breakfast with some lovely Rooibos tea and afterwards picked up lots of ideas for sightseeing from the vast selection of leaflets and guides Bart and Miranda can provide. One-O-One guesthouse is well situated as you are only a short drive away from many local attractions and fantastic restaurants. Bart and Miranda were great at suggesting places to eat out especially 'Jessicas' we had the best meal and service for a very reasonable price. We would highly recommend staying at One-O-One guesthouse, we only wish we had booked to stay for longer.

Real nice people who welcome you themselves and invite your children to their garden to go and enjoy themselves in the swimmingpool, at the playgrounds with swings (and trampoline !). They make their great breakfast themselves and keep everything very peronal (special requests are no problem). We had a great relaxing time there, while our children enjoyed themselves as well. The entire family is very social and are always around for a chat or good information about how to spend your day. We as well as our kids had a very nice stay with them!

We have been to 101 last year as well. What a great place to stay. The hosts, as well as the dogs do their best to make you feel at home and welcome! Everything is very clean and neat. Last year there was a water problem with a burst pipe down the road and they brought us bottles with fresh water at no cost, although it was not their fault.
This year we had to wait for our car,being serviced and they let us stay longer so that we did not have to go and wait somewhere else (there were no new bookings for our apartment that day.) It is the little things that that make ALL the difference. Thanks.

We just came back from a family holiday in the Cape and we stayed for 2 nights at 101 Oudtshoorn Holiday Accommodation. The place is lovely, comfortable and well equipped. It is very close to town and to the various activities in Oudtshoorn. I highly recommend the place - you feel really at home in a very relaxing environment.

Spacious grounds; well-kept rooms; welcoming hosts! Self-catering units include your own patio and braai. Well-located in a quiet neighbourhood a comfortable walk from the centre. Convenient on-site parking, in-room safe, and nice pool. Highly recommended.

We had a perfect stay at 101 Guesthouse! We had a self cathering room and it was a very lovely, comfortable, spacious and clean room. We were with a little child and for him it was paradise! A big playground, a swimmingpool and a treehouse. It's very close to the centre and also near the most important high lights. We will recommend this place to anybody, especially for families with kids!
