We stayed for over a month on the Garden Route, the Wine Route and the Cederberg region; we enjoyed the different hotels there but the Picture Guest House will remain a fantastic address; the services are high-end in the same way as other accommodations that we have appreciated but here you have the feeling of being at home; We were welcomed by Eric who during our 4-night stay always made sure that we lacked nothing! At all times, the room and kitchen staff not only took care of our needs but also ensured our well-being... In our memories, in addition to the services offered, we will especially remember the name of a competent, qualified, professional but above all very attentive person, who is dear to us, even if we only knew him too briefly: Eric. Stayed three nights at Pictures Guesthouse during a family trip. The place is very cosy and we really enjoyed our stay. Eric was very supportive and even build special ramps for us as we were travelling with a disabled person. Breakfast was also great and we had a wonderful diner as well.

I have travelled across the world and I have seen many places but I have fallen involve with Oudtshoorn, South Africa. Part of my fondness of the town is the beautiful Pictures Boutique Hotel. What a fantastic place to stay. The cleanliness of the establishment is fantastic, Eric the host is excellent. The pool with the giraffe is such a unique add on. It feels like you are living in town but treated as royalty. It is Fantastic.

We visited Pictures Boutique Hotel in Oudtshoorn and it is an absolute GEM!! this is top class for a beautiful small town like Oudtshoorn. The wi-fi signal is so good we could communicated back home with ease. The Boutique Hotel is perfectly situated. We had dinner at the establishment and we were more than impressed by the taste of the food that came out of the kitchen. It was amazing. The bedding on the beds are Egyptian cotton. We felt like royalty. We will most definitely return. See you soon

We felt very comfortable in the Picture Boutique Hotel and were impressed by Eric and the team. We had actually planned to eat in town, but then made use of the possibility of choosing a three-course menu in the accommodation. We were touched by the preparation, the food and the service. Thanks again to Eric and the team and the fun conversations.

It was November 2017 we went to Pictures and the guest house was amazing but most of all the Boys were just so welcoming and amazing hosts, the food was just delicious, our room so comfortable with everything you could want😊 If we come back to that area in South Africa we will be back at Pictures❤️

Pictures guest house is a perfect getaway. It is beautifully clean with Eric looking after your every need, booking tours, organising dinner etc. The gardens are a lovely place to relax and unwind. A perfect holiday venue.

Lovely guesthouse. The manager was very efficient and friendly. Breakfast was fantastic. Dinner which we requested late was Al at o very good. Rooms are well appointed. Backup generator was a big blessing as it was hot and the aircon stayed on

A fantastic oasis in an older town. Very quiet with fantastic staff, particularly Eric who attended to our every need. It is on the higher end for price but it was well worth it for the value. You get what you pay for.

Pictures Boutique Hotel is PICTURE PERFECT!!! From the oment we entered the gate we were spoilt rotten. What a fantastic gem hidden in the Klein Karoo. We felt like we were part of the family. The house smelled like fresh bread the fire was burning and we were welcomed with the most beautiful smiles. I would advice each and everyone to come and stay here.
