What a fantastic queite campsite with ducks, geese , horses and peacocks to keep you company. A place to nuture your soul and rejuvenate. Even tho it is in the middle of suburbia and close to shopping malls and beach, one would never think so. The management is very friendly and helpful. Ablutions are clean with scullery and washing machines. If you want a tip top camping site and wantto make a noise eg birthday party, this is not the site for you. But if you want to tune into nature , come and enjoy the stillness and beauty , you will have found a small piece of heaven.

i WISH i could give NO stars. inconsiderate, horrible management. do NOT recommend. will NEVER recommend.👍🏼 you need to really consider everyone, pathetic really. All we wanted was a chilled night away, to celebrate a birthday, may i add, WITH ADULT SUPERVISION, AS WE ARE ALL OVER 20. but won’t accommodate as “we are reckless teenagers.” we are actually civilized. You’re going to lose a lot of customers with this mindset.

Conveniently located in noordhoek and the camp sites offer beautiful shade trees. Unfortunately the park is in a desperate need of a lick-of-paint and with the many permanent campers one gets the feel that the park has become a squatter camp. If you can settle for this, then the camp sites are well grassed, plenty of ducks and geese to feed and the farm village within walking distance is a great place to hang out. We will not be making a return visit.

Chapmans Peak Caravan Park is a old park. Upgrading and cleaning up is urgently needed. The bushes and trees need to be cut back. The bathrooms are at all times clean except for holiday times. The owners dont have permanent cleaners on duty. The park is very central to all tourist attractions therefore being popular. I think the park will do better if it sees some upgrading.

A lovely rustic environment, with a kid-friendly play park and farm animals wandering around. Unfortunately, because of the water crisis in Cape Town, the pool was not available for use but we didn't miss it. A great place to relax and unwind, with fantastic scenic views close by (Chapman's Peak, Long Beach Noordhoek).

This Caravan Park had a relaxing feel with Geese, Peacocks, Turkeys and Squirrel roaming around the campsite. There were other farm animals on the property which gave it a farm like feel. The ablutions were very clean as were the laundry and scullery. A very comfortable and peaceful Caravan Park.

I spent a few months, off and on, at the Chapman's Peak Caravan Park and it was a delightful experience! I loved the animals, the beautiful grounds, the friendly, welcoming and very helpful staff - as well as the clean and well kept ablutions - always with hot water! I would recommend this spot to any traveler! I miss you all - Anthea

This place has the South African spirit of Ubuntu. At the ablution facilities there is a place you can pick up a book to read and put a new one there or put it back. They have bulls, cows, pigs, horses, chickens, peacocks, ducks,etc.... They have shaded campsites with a pool and a trampoline if you feel like being a hippie. A sense of safety and an owner who will give you a wheelbarrow of wood they cut up of old trees if you need it. I love this place and im sad to reveal this to the masses as i will then battle to get another booking. The owners better remember me lol! This place is what tent camping is all about. Caravaners will like it better as its glamping on a farm. I love this place and so do all my friends.

We had a well-grassed campsite under big trees so did not have to put down our groundsheet or put up the awning on our caravan. Quiet and paeceful! Farm animals and poultry around add to the atmosphere.

I have been staying at this 'little haven' for over a week now - with a gorgeous view of Chapman's Peak! It has been a very happy time, and I am planning to stay for a while! I love the atmosphere, the animals and the friendly and helpful attitude of the owners Chris and Rea - and Jerry! It may appear on the surface to be 'farm like' - which gives it the charm, but it is well run! The ablutions are clean and the water lovely and hot! It is within walking distance of the famous Noordhoek Farm Village - and the Sun Valley shops - all in all - a wonderful spot! Highly recommended. Anthea
