I live across the road from the hotel, but I needed a refreshing change from my familiar surroundings, and the feeling of being on the road. After being cooped indoors for 9 months, due to the Pandemic, even just going across the street, to the SUN1 Milnerton, with my companion was a treat, at an affordable price. It's regrettable that breakfast is not served, due to COVID restrictions & regulations, but home was 100 metres away. The room was clean & comfortable; the hotel was quiet, even though it appeared fully booked (judging by the amount of vehicles in the parking lot). It's becoming a rare treat to have a Smoker's Room! And the free wifi is a welcome treat, too! I plan to explore the other hotels in this franchise, in more exotic locations, away from home. Now that I know affordable accommodation is available (a fixed budgetary item), I can start planning my excursions around my budget and the locations of the other hotels!…
The rooms are neat and comfortable and the staff is generally friendly. The gem in this establishment though is Namhla at reception. She delivers a wonderful customer experience with warmth and a high level of professionalism. I would definitely recommend a stay at this specific establishment and hope you bump into Namhla.
Very friendly and professional service. An excellent hotel to stay in and great value for money. Close to all main attractions. We'll worth the visit, both the hotel and the city. Great place to create memories.
The receptionist Andisiwe was very friendly and helpful. Good budget hotel for a 1 night stay over. Didn't know how to switch the tv on but that wasn't an issue because we just needed a place to sleep for the night. Free cappuccinos were delicious.
Overall stay was ok ,need some attention to the noise at night and stricter control in reception area no alcohol should be allowed on the premises or drunken individuals lottering in the reception area/premises
