Location was good. Lockup was bad. Lock fell out of door, been kicked in. Upstairs units the patio door couldn't be locked. People snooped in off the beach at night. We disturbed them not the security. No wifi for days. Needs to be improved in that respect!

Apologies with regards to the door locks - this will be taken up with the respective departments as this does not reflect the standard that we are usually proud to offer. Regarding wifi - an additional cost needs to be paid for wifi to be activated as explained upon arrival and mentioned on all online platforms - we haven't had any technical issues reported.

Excellent and secure location. We enjoyed our stay very much, the apartment has everything one needs. Beautiful view, awesome to relax next to the pool. The restaurant in the complex is an extra plus!

Whilst I have little complaint about the actual apartment, the logistics around checking in and out is a joke. When we arrived, I was asked for my what's app number so that I could "check in". Having to type in all my details and my partner's on a phone may be fun for some, but us older folk do not enjoy it. We had a 3rd person share the apartment, and I did not have his ID etc. but check in could NOT proceed without his detail. So now we are stuck, and the receptionist had no solution. I also had to check in the 3 occupants of the second apartment that I had booked (and paid for in advance). Again, I did not have their detail, so WHAT NOW! When I asked for a second room key for our 3rd occupant who is an adult who would want to come and go independently from us, I was told this is not possible. Eventually it was conceded that housekeeping's key could be obtained, but I quote "you must please hand it in tomorrow morning so that we can clean the room". The morning that we would be checking out anyway. And then I received the key for the second apartment anyway. I ask myself, why this funky check in method, but old-fashioned keys, as opposed to electronic cards. Management should perhaps decide in which century they want to be. No external signage in the corridors leading to the apartments. So just hunt up and down stairs with heavy bags until you find your apartment. Great! The phone in the room did not work (Lan disconnected) so I had to walk back to reception to enquire about Wi-Fi. That will be R75 sir. Really? In this day and age when I have paid R1900+ for 3 adults we have to pay for Wi-Fi when the humblest of establishments offer this free. And parking at R45 for the night in an open parking lot with lots of space and the guard at the gate that had no idea what he was doing. Checking out was an extended affair because housekeeping had to come and check what we may have broken or stolen. In principle I do not have a major issue with this, but the time it took was ridiculous, and I had to insist that someone come and check immediately. What happens when 10 apartments check out at the same time. And the second apartment we booked never got checked. So, all these so-called systems which does not actually achieve much in terms of efficacy. My take is that this is typical of Cape Town establishments who are used to overseas tourist who are unlikely to be return customers. If you operated this business in Gauteng, it would not last very long. Just saying!…

Apartment was fully equipped with everything you may need. Beautiful sea view and within walking distance of beach. Safe environment with 24 hrs security. Shops and restaurants within walking distance. Close to mall.

The accommodation was very clean, neat and functional. Right on the beach!!! No milk is provided for the tea and coffee station - so just bring your own. There are lots of extras you might not be notified about before you get there. It seems quite noisy, and the curtains are not block out so the nightlights in the corridor disturbed my sleep. Additional charges for parking, internet and deposit over and above the accommodation fee.

had such a great time, thank you for everything, I'm definitely coming back sometime nov/dec period, want to experience summer there. The stuff was excellent and did a superb job. The view is amazing, i literally ran straight to the beach from my apartment- easy access.

The Self Catering apartment was very clean and there is house keeping daily with very trustworthy staff. It has a breathtakingly beautiful view of the sea and Table Mountain. It is very close to all the sight seeing places as well as shopping centers. There is 24 hour security, the area is very peaceful and the staff is friendly and helpful. There is an option for the staff to do your laundry at a small price or you can use the laundromat on site which is great but you need to have enough R5 and R2 coins and your own washing stuff, the reception does not have change - had to drive to town again for that. Immediate access to the beach was an absolute favourite! We had a great stay and highly recommend Leisure Bay! Check in was from 3pm and when we got to the Apartment at 16h35 they were still mopping the floors! The apartment is on the 2nd floor and there is no elevator, had my Mom who is 70 struggle a bit up the stairs especially since we were out all day walking - this would most probably be the ONLY reason why I will not stay here again. The whole stove was sprayed/painted including the lights of the plates so it was difficult to see if it was On or Off - not all the plates worked and the stove knobs were not numbered so yea that was a bit of a frustration as some of the food got burnt at first.…

325 Leisure Bay has exceeded our expectations and had everything and more the only things we needed to bring along was food, the hosts are nice. the view from the balcony was amazing the sunset in the evening was beyond beautiful

Its now 8 weeks and around 50 messages after my return from my holiday and they still havent returned my deposit that they owe me. They come up with lame excuses and hope you give up your efforts so they can steal your money. Overall the appartments are outdated. Rooms need a lot of maintenance work. Also they remove the sunbeds if there is 10 minutes of rain on a day. And it took us several requests to get them back after the sun returned. Overall, i seriously would not recommend this place.

location apartment very good and spacious, price / performance ok Accommodation would need updating Locks old and not working properly first fridge broken, no hot water (but was fixed after the weekend) No lights provided (candles etc.) although load shedding several times a day no shopping facilities in the immediate vicinity and in the house
