We stayed here for 2 nights. The theme of the hotel is based on railways and there is lots of memorabilia around. Our room was very nice, very clean and plenty big enough but we were on the second floor whereas the rooms below were alot smaller and darker. The breakfast was very good and there is a pub next door which is handy as the bar at the hotel was closed by 10pm. Good location for the waterfront.

Stayed in ground floor room under the restaurant. Room was very dated, dark, dingy and needed a good deep cleaning. Early call by staff preparing for breakfast walking overhead in the restaurant. Staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good and plentiful.

This place is right on the Knysna Waterfront and within walking distance from all major shops and restaurant. Great for families as well as business trips. Staff super friendly and goes out of their way to ensure your stay is comfortable. Genuine hospitality all throughout. Stunning view of the garden/ pool area. Milicent is marvelous. Be sure to ask for her when you are there.

The location near the waterfront with several restaurants is very good. Very nice room, with plenty of space, clean and comfortable. Excellent wifi internet. The only thing to add is a refrigerator or Frigobar. There is no elevator. Very good choice to expend a night.

Location of the Hotel is quite good. There is not much luxury, but everything is clean and allright. Breakfast is good. Service is ok but I experienced better in other hotels. I can recommend for quick stop but not if you would like to stay longer in Knysna.
