Beautiful warming bnb, the view is beautiful from the balcony. Staff and host treated us well. The breakfast is a winner. Just rowdy neighbors that spoke loud. It will be nice to move loud speaking guest to the further end of the guesthouse.

The hotel is exactly as represented online (if not a little better). The on-site manager was excellent in looking after us with local advise mixed in for good measure. Excellent breakfast. If you are looking for a large corporate hotel chain then not for you but small, local hotel style with caring touch it’s a fit. Secure little complex with parking.

Wonderful people, Wonderful experience! The manager with her team was exceptional. Very helpful and welcoming. The rooms were spacious and clean and every amenity you can think of. Breakfasts start with a continental, followed by a cooked one. Cannot recommend Maria and the team, and the luxury of Orange Inn enough.

I had never been to Knysna so I booked based on the pictures and I wasn't disappointed at all. The staff were super friendly and the rooms and food exceeded my families expectations. Sadly we were only there for 1 night. But we'll definitely be back.

The booking agent, Anja was amazing! If only all the staff had her great customer service. At the venue, the card machine was not working and the host made me feel like it was my card. We tried swiping multiple times and it kept declining, she told me that I would need to make a plan to pay. When Anja was notified about the issue (on the phone while I was there), she was understanding and said we could try again the next morning. At breakfast the next day, I witnessed another client's card also continuously decline. She was treated with kindness though. There were some issues with the power tripping during our stay, at one point, they were trying to get a service provider out to come look at the issue, the host and what I assume to be another staff member was loudly discussing the issue and the other lady used foul language to communicate her dissatisfaction, giving no care to the guests who from the rooms, could hear everything. The establishment is beautiful, the rooms are comfortable and the breakfast was good. Please invest in the upskilling of staff at the establishment and you will have a recipe for success <3 …

We were a big group of 12, family and friends and we had mostly lovely stay at Orange inn. Maria gave us such a warm welcome and we thoroughly enjoyed she and her colleagues breakfast prepared for us for 3 days. We loved the place, rooms are big, functional and comfortable. I would definitely stay there again and highly recommend it

We booked Orange Inn for one night on our trip through South Africa, from Johannesburg down to Cape Town. Orange Inn provided a very filling breakfast and also friendly, courteous staff. Quiet room where one could really rest and relax after a long drive.

Large room with fairly new good quality furniture and most amenities. Bath tub leaks, so needs constant refilling (wasting water) to enjoy a 20 minute bath. Aircon in bedroom blows onto bed, so not usable. Thick duvet did not help sleeping in middle of summer. Very friendly helpful personnel.. Satellite TV did not work and could not be fixed for 4 night stay.

The welcome and attention to our needs by Maria was absolutely top class. She went out of her way to arrange things and accommodate our every request. The staff were friendly and knocked up beautiful breakfasts for us. Ideal, quiet spot with great views and a welcome swimming pool.
