Great Breakfast, spectacular views and gorgeous rooms. 3 nights was not enough at this beautiful hotel - hope I get to go back at some point. The Spa was sensational as well with excellent staff. In room fireplace and underfloor heating for winter was the perfect touch.
Great place, with large rooms and fantastic views. The rooms/apartments are very well equipped especially for summer days great place to relax and have BBQ outside on the terras. Very professional SPA available, great breakfast and obviously a good bar. Staff is very friendly and helpfull. lots of activities in the neighborhood also for families. Just a great place to recharge the batteries.
What a wonderful experience. Love the luxury and also the view. Stayed here as part of a golf trip with a few mates. We enjoyed the accommodation. Pity the golf on Simola rained out on the Sunday. Enjoyed it.
Beautiful accommodation and surroundings. A must for all. You won't be disappointed. If you're a Gholfer this course will challenge you and the beauty of the surroundings even makes up for a bad round of gholf.
All round an excellent time. Fantastic location, great facilities and staff very friendly and efficient. The location is private yet near other attractions and the wonderful gholf course is a major plus. Will definitely be back.
I am a traveling performer and had the privilege to stay at Simola Hotel for a birthday bash I performed at, the accommodation is amazing with a incredible view and the service is phenomenal. The Executive suite i had more then i could have expected with a luxurious bathroom, big open patio, modern finishes and offers free access to the pool, spa, gym and a complimentary breakfast. And the booking rates are well worth it for anyone who would like a weekend away!
This esablishment provides unparalleled views in Knysna, the service (from the reception, kitchen and spa) is awesome and staff are extremely friendly and welcoming. This is evident from the minute you check-in until your departure. The check-in proccess is smooth.
First time visit to Simola Hotel. As "first impressions last", is the words widely used, I must say those words seem to hit the nail right on its head. Firstly, making my reservation with Tracey was a breeze, and done in a true courteous manner. Secondly, being there for the Simola Hillclimb event was to be exiting beyond believe. Unbelievable beauty, serenity, and a tranquil experience of note, with the first glance of a peace of heaven. Hospitality is of high standards,as expected, and friendliness is second to none. Service delivery is prompt, efficient, and dealt with professionalism of a high standard. Suites are very well equiped, and well maintained. Luxury accomodation would be the propper description, and sits well with the feeling when you first enter the property. Food and beverage is presented in a manner fit for a king, with a buffet breakfast seeking to entice a vegetarian, to a vegan, to a outragiously hungry gastronome. From all wildlife, natures beauty, the true feeling of relaxation, and the fulfillment of one's dreams and expectations, Simola Hotel is a must for lovers of pampering and pleasure to pure bliss! Greetings to all. Yours friendly. Werner O'Linsky…
ALWAYS LOVE IT! Breakfast must improve and Restaurant must be holiday friendly. You can’t chase customers at 10H30am. I hope that experience never repeat again!!! I didn’t like seeing that the next day a white man came in just after 10H30am and suddenly the Restaurant doesn’t close at their 10H30am anymore🤷♂️
Super hotel, bar, restaurant and golf course. The views from the bar terrace are amazing at any time of day. The food was very good, be it breakfast or a bar meal later on. The unit I stayed in had a separate lounge and bedroom - great kitchen and dining experience (including a braii area)
