Forest Edge is ideal for Honeymooners, Mountain-bikers, Birdwatchers, trail-walkers and nature-loving families. We specialize in romantic getaways to help you destress and re-connect. Ideally situated to enjoy the trails, forest rock pools and picnic spots or to just chill on your veranda with binocs, a book or sundowners. There are 5 free-standing exceptionally well-equipped, comfortable, self-catering cottages; 2 Standard and 3 Luxury cottages. We also have a Swimming Pool & Kiddies Play area. The luxury cottages include complimentary WiFi and Comprehensive Satellite DSTV and have a Queen instead of a Double bed in the main bedroom. We also offer a traditional Breakfast on our picturesque Lily Pond Deck. Although there is no spa on site, we have several mobile massage and beauty therapists that can attend to your needs right in the privacy of your cottage. Come rejuvenate in the Magic of the Forest!

This is probably the best axcomodation I've had in South Africa. Very warm welcome from the owners, the place is so beautiful and cozy. Inside you'll find anything you need to cook your own food. The place was also very clean. The garden is perfectly well maintained and I've just loved relaxing in the hammock! I recommend this place 100%

This will be the second time that we have made use of Forest Edge for our only break away for the year, and found it to be very enjoyable, and a very close to nature . Peace and quiet, I would highly recommend Forest edge to any nature lover that enjoys the comfort of luxury accommodation

It is here that you lose your way and find your soul!! The fireflies, frog concerts each evening were magical! Here you are one with nature. The walks in the forest takes you on a magical experience. Wow!

Away from the hussle of city live. Peaceful and quiet. A cosy cottage perfectly set up for a hassle free weekend getaway. To listen to the sound of the night time nature, frogs, owls...just awesome. Thank you for having us(for the second time). Looking forward to our next visit!

Was such a lovely, relaxing getaway. We would highly recommend these cottages. Everything was clean, neat and tidy. The kitchen is fully equipped, basically they have thought of everything. We will definitely be returning sometime.

We had a wonderful couple of days in Froggy Pond cottage. It is quaint and with everything one could possible need. The frogs conducted a symphony all night long. The staff is friendly and efficient and all in all we had a great relaxing time.

Our family had such a wonderful time resting, hiking and just enjoying the beauty of Forest Edge. The cottages was stunning and we had birds singing in the forest and visiting us as we were sitting on the porch! Highly recommended!!
