Our first stay in South Africa. A beautiful lodge with great views of the valley, mountains and bay. Erik the host is very helpful and friendly. Rooms are comfortable and breakfast was lovely. Wifi worked well so all in all a great place to stay.

The hosts were really helpful with information both in regards the place or tourist sites and restaurants. They were giving their potential opinion of what to do, which was very nice. The rooms we rented was really nice with great view of the bay. They were very clean and well equipped. The area was really nice and located very well for our visits to different sites as shopping, nature walks, beach. However you cannot walk, you have to have a car All in all a very pleasant and great stay

An excellent guest house with fantastic views over the lagoon. The hosts are brilliant and provided us with tips for locations to see, restaurants and bars to visit and recommendations for where to go as we continued our trip - would definitely recommend the Panorama Lodge to others

We had an awesome time at the Lodge. Very relaxing. Tina and Dieter were very sweet and excellent hosts. The room was very clean and value for money. I loved my entire stay there and will recommend Panorama Lodge to anyone.

Tucked away within easy access of Knysna attractions is Panorama Lodge. The hosts are very friendly and make you feel at home. The rooms are well decorated and the bed is very comfortable. We spent a week at Tina’s and Dieter’s place and liked it a lot. The hosts are very welcoming and gave us a lot of recommendations what to do and where to go. The cottages, where almost everything is made by Dieter, are absolutely beautiful and have a nice view over the lagoon. It was very clean also. Airconditioning would add even more comfort since it’s getting very warm during the day. However the cottages are relatively small (we were with our 2 kids and for us a bit bigger place probably would have suited better). We also liked the pool a lot. Overall we liked the place very much and definitely can recommend it, especially to those traveling without kids.

The Lodge has an excellent position from where you have an excellent view over Knysna. The rooms are big and clean, the landlords are very friendly an can tell you all you want to know. The breakfast is very good particular the bread.

a lovely place to stay and hosts were very hospitable and accommodating. i would definitely rate to stay here. the self catering unit has everything you need for a very comfortable stay and even a business stay where you can see to your own needs without a fuss.

We loved Knysna and this accomodation. We would have liked to spend longer in the Panorama Lodge. In Knysna there is a lot to see, the hosts have given us really nice tips! The room was well equipped, even with bed heating. The breakfast was homemade and we could to eat in the large living room with a fantastic view over the lagoon. Absolutely beautiful! Overall, we felt very comfortable and would love to come back!
