I would never recommend this place to anyone. Over priced and trrrible poor service offered. No parking and the breadkfast made me sick! The staff are unfriendly and vulgar shouting from the parking instead of coming to the room to talk like civilized people.

When heading off to Hermanus, whether to watch the whales or just to enjoy the hospitality, great food and fantastic amenities of this seaside village, you would not make a mistake to consider Auberge Burgundy as your base. Situated right in the heart of the action, a car becomes almost useless except when wanting to explore the wonderful region, beaches...

Our family of four (2 young adults and 2 parents) had a perfect stay in the 2-BR penthouse suite. It was clean, spacious and the beds were comfortable. We loved the balcony overlooking the ocean and town. Breakfasts across the street were superb (albeit slow service at the busiest time of year). The front desk helped us arrange all of...

This hotel's location was so central, located close to everything and a few steps from the sea front. We had a room in the main building which had a small balcony overlooking the sea front. The room was super clean and very large. Had all the necessities (fridge, toiletries, hair dryer etc) the only drawbacks were no air con, limited...

We stayed here 2nights. The guest house is located in walking distance to restaurant and right by the beach. The restaurant next door provided guests breakfast and this is a great partnership as the breakfast is so freshly made and presented. The rooms are large in size and clean. No lift so prepare to carry bags if up stairs. Only...

A great place to stay which is within close proximity to everything. A bit noisy in December. Would be nice to have breakfast on site and not have to go over the road for it. Lots to do round and about. The décor & guesthouse beautiful.

Returned for a 3rd visit - which we hope will not be the last as the Auberge Burgundy and its team delivered again. Aside from LOCATION which is prime - the staff are welcoming, the service friendly and standards consistently high. And when they were faced with challenges from a burst geyser and a shattered window - 2 days before...

We have been there for the second time and did not regret it. The upper garden view room was really nice and quiet. Concierge was very supportive in giving us tips for locations and organising dinner reservations. Location is excellent; pool area is small, but nice.

Wonderful location with stunning views of Walker Bay. Easy walking distance to all the amenities of the town. Helpful and friendly staff and comfortable and clean suites. Convenient and safe parking. A true gem of a guest house. Would definitely recommend and will visit again. Merveilleux!
