Quiet and private room downstairs was pleasantly furnished and neat. Clean and comfortable as well as homely - very enjoyable stay.
We recommend this property any day and will most definitely be staying over again as we frequently visit Hermanus

Honestly the most beautiful homely home ever. I love the owner he is so welcoming and friendly and you can see he take good care of the accommodation. The small dog makes you feel at home and there is a beautiful view of the mountain where you can braai inside and enjoy the view. This location is a 3 min walk down to the beach just to enjoy that ocean breeze. Such a nice and beautiful experience it made us fall in love with Hermanus all over again. Thank you to the owner that welcomed us with open arms we will see you soon again.

I suppose "budget-friendly " from other reviews should have been a red flag and I understand we all have different standards, but even then, one would not expect the sorry state the property is in, my photos tell the story. The photos on the accommodation page are misleading, to say the least.
