Place was very clean. Had a good stay. Was a bit taken back that I had to pay R50 per guest that I had over for coffee on one of the days we stayed there. Nothing was mentioned to me upon arrival. Was also taken back that I had to pay R50 for a bag of wood. Again, not mentioned to me upon arrival.

Our stay at Ibis was comfortable warm we recieved everything of the bet from our host she really did go the extra mile we would recommend her at any given time. It is such a pleasure to be in a new town and receive such a warm welcoming.

I would highly recommend Ibis. I feel that they offer great value with clean rooms and friendly service. They have their own water supply and were unaffected by the recent Municipal Waterpipe bursts. The location is slightly out of town which may be a negative for some, but a short drive will get you to George. It is also not too far from George Airport.

I will will definitely recomend this accomodation, the owners are very friendly and helpfull, I was treated like a king on my arrival. I slept over for one nite but will go back fo a weekend break away as soon as possible.

Comfortable and sufficient, felt a bit over priced for the 3 of us, we wanted separate rooms but they would have been far too small if trying to sleep two in the rooms. Beds were small and very little room to move. Parking was insufficient, not behind closed gates. Access road would be a problem if you do not have a 4 x 4, very uneven and need to get close to side wall to open the gate, with the danger of damaging your car. Very muddy parking area and entrance to rooms, as a result of the recent rains but should be resolved for guests.

The brochure pictures must have been taken a while ago, certainly does not look as bright and well kept as shown. Generally place was run down. Breakfast very basic and minimalistic. We had a self catering flat, well appointed but without a dust bin, no soap at all provided, no cloths (drying/wash) at all, no complementary tea or coffee, no shower mat. Owners very pleasant, may be we can blame it on COVID 19 And being closed for so long. Below average for the price.
