The rooms are trailers! On their site they advertised rooms, when we got there we were made to sleep in trailers. The plumbing in the trailers was bad and the hot water would go cold mid shower. It was an unpleasant stay.

Filthy shower, left over cigarette stumps from previous guest. This was a work related trip. Took pics of inside of shower- this is really not acceptable. Unfortunately this overshadows the rest of the experience.

We stayed at the venue from Saturday 2022-04-30 until Monday 2022-05-02. The first night we stayed in a two bedroom unit - very spacious and neat. What we missed from the bathroom was toilet-spray - none provided. The morning of Sunday, 1 May 2022 was a disaster for the venue as well as us as guests - the shef did not show up for work and two other employees had to prepare the food and handle all guest related topics. The management of the venue was no-where to be seen and all was left up to the two junior people to handle. The result - breakfast was late and the food was cold. Hats-off to the two employees - they did their best but were not up to the task. Sunday night we moved to a one bedroom unit - again very neat and all good. The Shef again did not show up for work on Monday morning and the breakfast repeated itself.... Not good for management not to show up and leave all to junior people to handle.…

I have nothing good to say about your place. All the full details in the list I have submitted on Bookings.com already. I will not torture myself by reliving that experience again. You need to be honest to your potential guests and clean your rooms. You will make people sick.

Great place. The owner was super helpful and accommodating, was able to accommodate us for a night last minute. Very clean, staff great and friendly. Great value for money. Came with a good breakfast at that price which was unexpected!

First of all, the owner went out of his way to make sure I don't miss my transport back to East London. The place is well managed, very clean and the staff is very friendly. It is also very affordable so i would highly recommend this place!

1) Parkering is a problem, there's more rooms than parking...so you have to leave your vehicle in the street 2) The add say u get drinking water. We only receive drinking water on the last day of our stay 3) The breakfasts is good but you have to ask for everything - no juice glasses then the coffee in the machine was Finnish you have to ask to fill it - then there is no spoons you have to ask - the yogurt bowl is empty you have to ask to get it filled 🤦🤦 4) Under the bed was socks an empty energy dink cans and a few years of dust, don't think they move the beds when cleaning.

Upon arrival i realised that what tge advert said and what i got was two different stories. Its like a commune setup wanted me to share a bathroom. When i refused i was promised a refund but afterwards no refund I had to go look for alternative accommodation for the night. Worst service. The reception guy was worst. Refused any assistance. No manager on site. Worst experience. Was cold and raining. In the end i paid them but never stayed over and had to drive up and down looking for an alternative... 😡

The potential is there to be a great B&B but unfortunately this should be a two star B&B. Most certainly not worth three stars. Room were dirty on arrival. Dead insects against the wall. Toilet in the room is leaking - terrible smell in the room. Had to constantly ask for a towel, floor mat and toilet paper. We stayed for more than three days, I think my room was cleaned twice during that time. It is not covid friendly - staff adhere to covid protocol but the manager is walking around without a mask. People sitting in the lounge without masks also not approached to ask them to put on their masks. We noted that other guests had to share a bathroom, not the best option during the pandemic. Breakfast is enjoyable. They can spice it up with proper salt and pepper as well as some tomato sauce. This guesthouse has the potential to be great. The location is perfect it just need a bit of magic. The staff kitchen and room were very friendly and always willing to assist. Rooms are private and it is an environment where one can relax.…
