Perfect accommodation. All you possibly could need is in the facility, extra odds and ends are added too. The bed is amazing, the venue and the room is gorgeous. Definitely a top rated stay that we will return too .

Terry and Tim our hosts, have a real gem in a quiet circle street. We had secure off street parking. The flatlet is above the family home with a private flight of stairs up the side of the homestead. We had 2 inter-leading rooms separated by a full bathroom and a kitchenette. There is a small lounge within the main bedroom with a writing desk. A full DSTV bouquet for those wanting to watch TV. A small balcony on the staircase landing for late night star gazing or early morning coffee.

My wife and I visited South Africa for a long overdue return to our home country to visit family, friends and places we love. Cape Town was the last leg of a 7 week trip. We are so thankful that our pre-trip research uncovered this outstanding B&B which put the icing on cake of a fantastic trip. Located in a perfect location in terms of easy access to all of Cape Town’s attractions, the accommodation is first class, well appointed, spotlessly maintained and serviced and Terry the owner is an absolute star. She could not have been more helpful during all stages of our trip, right from our first communication she was a consummate professional and during our stay we were made to feel totally at home by Terry, her husband Tim and their lovely dogs Harvey and Bentley. My wife is in the hospitality industry and as such views all accommodation we visit with a critical eye, well she was blown away by this well appointed, comfortable and beautifully presented accommodation. We were in the Robins Nest unit, it is spacious, bright and has ample space and is well equipped for self catering which is what we elected to do. The fridge is a nice size, not the typical tiny hotel room size, and Terry provided a lovely bottle of wine plus crisps and treats on arrival. The room had ample cupboard space to unpack our several bags, there is a safe, good Wifi and DSTV. There is also a pool in the lovely garden with comfortable loungers. Safe parking is provided on the property. For our future trips to Cape Town we will be planning our trip around Riverlea availability.

It was the end of our family trip from Namibia to Cape Town. We stayed 2/3 nights at our hosts. The rooms were perfect, lots of attention to everything. Terry and Tim tried everything to make our stay unforgettable (they did achieve ;-), lots of hints what do do or which restaurant to choose. Quiet area, feeling very safe. Will come back!

Terry and Tim were brilliant from my initial email with loads of questions as I have two small children to our amazing stay with them and extremely helpful departure to the airport. Every need or issue( which were few) we had Terry was unbelievably helpful. Whether it was visiting land marks in the Cape Town area, our safety on which routes to travel, the yoghurt my children preferred at morning breakfast, shopping malls that were better and not as expensive as the main tourist malls, car hire and lastly being kind, helpful and pleasure to stay with. Thank you very much for great week Terry and Tim. Clive, Clare, Matty and Phoebs.
