Had a great few days in Cape Town staying at the 2inn1 guest house. We were given a great welcome upon arrival. Providing us with a local mobile phone and SIM card for the duration of our stay was a great idea.
We also loved the 'sundowner' happy hour (actually 2 hours) every evening. The breakfast was superb too. Would definitely stay again.

The space would not be enough to describe my experience with Stefi and her team, it was simply outstanding. They do everything for you and go even beyond that to make your stay as enjoyable as possible. From the welcome to the very last second I enjoyed the trip, they helped making the best out of the stay and booked every single trip so you just can relax.

Stefi and team, outstanding job, I promise to return and enjoy the time as much as I did the first time.

My husband and I stayed 4 nights and the staff made you feel like family. Steffi was waiting on us when we arrived. She sat down with us and asked what our plans were while we was there. She suggested several eating places and even called and made reservations for us. If we needed a Taxi they called and arranged one for us. We had booked a tour and was suppose to call and confirm with the tour and we had forgotten. 2INN1 furnish you with a prepaid cell phone while you are there and we was so glad they did. We called Steffi and told her our problem and she was able to get the number and call and confirm our pick up time for us. They was a life saver. The room was very spacious and clean but my favorite was the heated floors.... The only meal served is breakfast and it was delicious. We would definitely stay here again if we ever go back to Cape Town. Great Place and Great staff !!!

This place is a gem and I highly recommend it to anybody that is the search for a cozy boutique hotel. Team is very friendly and goes a great length to help in any way possible to make your stay a wonderful memory. It is in a very nice location (quiet, but yet not far away from downtown) with open end buffet and cooked breakfast, sundowner drinks, swimming pool, jacuzzi, areas inside and outside to relax. Rooms are spacious and well appointed with heated floor and A/C. Wifi throughout the property and a view on Table Mountain like no other.
Claire, Steffi and the team have been there to greet and help at all times organising tours, booking restaurants and making all sorts of good recommendations about when and what to do.
An incredible experience and a reliable address in Cape Town. Looking forward in coming again

It was our fifth visit and on the last day of our stay we already made the booking for our next visit! It was another perfect holiday with great hospitality, warm and friendly service from the whole team, the best breakfast in town, beautifully appointed guest rooms - it cannot get any better! Being in the hotel business myself I can only recommend this beautiful guest house, make sure you book early.... Looking forward to returning soon!!!

Besides being a great boutique hotel in a renovated villa in pleasant gardens neighborhood you also get to meet a bunch of great people as hotel staff. The personal touch is something you do not experience very often. Breakfast and lunch is great, rooms are equally nice. Would return any time.

my travel agent, Rhino Africa, booked me into this lovely guest house. I stayed five nights in late October/early November 2015 and had an absolutely wonderful time. Staff is attentive and caring. They were helpful with calling taxis and scheduling day trips around the Cape for me. My spacious room came with a private patio with a perfect view of Lion's Head. Mtn. Perfect place to have coffee and watch the sun rise. The food was delicious. The guest house is within walking distance of restaurants and the "Hop On/Hop Off" bus--great for sight-seeing and learning about Cape Town. I liked the fact that there was a laptop available, at no additional charge, that I could use to check emails, which I did while sipping wine. I will definitely try to stay there again on my next stay in Cape Town.

Klaus, Claire and Steffi. Thanks for a wonderful holiday!
You helped make Cape Town one of our favourite cities anywhere.
All the staff were so helpful and went out of their way to plan our daily activities. We were given lots of maps and recommendations.
The room was great. No expense spared. From the coffee machine to the personal mobile phone, we had everything we needed and more.
The breakfasts were great and the sundown drinks are a great touch.
We highly recommend 2inn1 and will be back. Sooner than later I hope.

This was our 3rd stay in wonderful 2inn1.
When we decided a year ago to return to CT for the festive season, there was no discussion on where to stay : 2inn1 was a no brainer ! And once again, we were very happy.
You could choose 2inn1 for the attractive, modern styling of this intimate guesthouse, you could choose it for the impeccable service (from restaurant bookings and transport arrangements to the best suggestions) or for the perfectly quiet and serene location... but for us, it is all about the old an new friends we encounter time after time : the wonderful staff and the fantastic people we meet when staying there make saying goodbye really hard and even emotional. The only consolation we have is that we will come back as soon as possible.
Special thanks to Steffi : it is hard for us to put in words how much we adore you > the perfect New Year's eve which you organised, the fact that you brought my forgotten wallet in high speed to the airport and above all the sincere kindness and fun that you let us experience made us feel like leaving a true friend.
To all future visitors to Cape Town : don't hesitate to book a room at 2inn1. Whatever your interests and desires, you will feel great and will not regret staying here !

Recently my husband and I had the pleasure of staying 6 nights at 2Inn1 Kensington, Capetown. We had read previous reviews on Tripadvisor, so were worried that our expectations would be too high, but the caring and attentive staff surpassed all expectations! They knew our names upon arrival. The accommodation itself was also clean, comfortable and stylish.
The breakfast each day was a phenomenal treat with everything from fresh fruit salad and homemade baked goods to made to order English breakfast or plate of French toast.

The staff took the time to make sure that we had everything we needed on a daily basis...plus helped us to organise a rental car (Thanks Klaus...who got us one of the last ones over the busy Christmas season), booked our taxis for our dinner reservations (nightly) and gave us amazing tips on where to go, when to go and what to do outside of Capetown, as well as in Capetown.
The service we received was bar none the best we've ever experienced and we travel extensively! We even received a Christmas present...it felt like we were staying with family and yet we had all the privacy we needed for our romantic holiday!

Thank you again to all the staff at 2Inn1, especially, Claire, Klaus, Steffi and Chris! We would love to return one day.

It was too cold outside to go in the pool. One gentleman out of a full house was in for about 5 minutes.....he didn't seem to have a problem getting in.
