Steffi and Claire and the team at 2Inn1 Kensington could not do enough for you. We stayed here for 6 days with our son. The room was very comfortable, the breakfasts were delicious but what sets 2Inn1 apart was the incredibly friendly service and Steffi and Claire. They went out of their way to ensure we had a fantastic time...

Klaus and Claire are the BEST people! This is the first time I have reviewed anything on here and they provided the motivation to do so by being so helpful, accommodating, and friendly. At our first breakfast there (which awesome), Klaus sat down and helped us plan our few days in Cape Town (we had no idea that they would...

Friendly service plus!!! Fabulous breakfasts, super helpful staff. Great help and suggestions from Clair who put up with our jet lag and numerous rainy days. The cell phone is very very handy since you are really not walking distance to anthing, and need to cab it everywhere. But the cab company that they work with charges real prices so our...

Every single aspect of our stay was perfect! The Inn is lovely and there is a warm, welcoming feeling from the minute you walk through the front door! Service was impeccable...Claire and Steffi went out of their way to facilitate reservations, cabs and appointments. The room was lovely and the breakfast each morning was just such a treat! This is why I prefer boutique hotels - because even in the most luxurious of the big hotels - there isn't the staff/guest ratio to get service like this. The great service started weeks before we arrived with the ever so helpful Steffi getting us reservations at La Colombe - which can be booked up months in advance. Once we...

Excellent boutique hotel in Capetown. Good location. 15 minute walk to hop on hop off bus stop and of course taxi and uber service available. Very clean and comfortable. Excellent breakfast with continental offerings plus made to order options. Steffi is the best! She provided great service and advice before and during our stay. Staff is attentive and professional. WOW!! Its all that really needs to be said but honestly this is the very best B&B we have ever stayed at. There is not a detail missed in this place. The staff is absolutely amazing. Stephie, Claire & Kenneth were all soooo accommadating along with all of the rest of the staff that unfortunately we did not catch the...

We arrived at the 2inn1 Kensington mid-way through our 2 week tour of South Africa, and stayed for 5 days. The hotel, staff, facilities; everything was fantastic. The location of the hotel is sublime, in a lovely street nestled between Table Mountain and Lion's Head. The views from the communal areas, and from our room were out of this world!...

From the moment we arrived we were treated like family - Stefi, Claire and the other staff couldn't do enough for us. They have thought of everything, from restaurant recommendations to a mobile phone to take with you, with taxi and the guest house numbers pre-loaded. Free drinks/nibbles from 6pm-8pm - no small measures either. Breakfasts on the terrace are...
