The receptionist on arrival was the worst ever experience you can imagine. The room very small. The bathroom no pressure in the shower, water lukewarm hot. The bar were closed. The night staff very helpful and friendly we can’t say the same of the breakfast staff. It seems during the day the staff do you a huge favor to be helpful and friendly. By 9:00 the breakfast was almost finish so if you want breakfast be early if you want to enjoy a full breakfast and with clean cutlery.

Terrific staff - Nicki and Galim were professional, great service and constantly happy. Clean rooms, tasty breakfast, great driver who was so knowledgeable and kind. Location was good. The elevator was a great help after all the sightseeing.

If you just need a bed, this place is for you and is indeed value for money. Rooms are small (bedside table missing one side, cannot fit) but beds very comfortable and linen was clean. Very Nice views of city bowl. Staff friendly and helpful. Breakfast was lovely and more than sufficient. Location great to central CT activities. However the big reason for 3 stars is the inadequate shower. Both in size and zero water pressure either piping hot or ice cold and if two of you cannot use basin and shower at same time. It was a struggle.

I work remotely which gives me the opportunity to travel around the world, the staff here was very accommodating with me and finding a room that not only was very comfortable, but also, find one with a very good wifi connection. The breakfasts were good, the location is way up on a hill that overlooks downtown, it's a bit of a hike to get places but worth the walk. I would definitely stay here again.

Welcoming place. A very comfortable stay!! A decent breakfast on offer. The views of the City Bowl, Waterfront and the Atlantic Seaboard are phenomenal. All in all, I'd say that we'll definitely be returning in the future.

I booked here to be close to town and Table Mountain, and I was... The area is not the safest though, and it is not recommende to walk around. The staff was very friendly and proffessionnal. View overlooking the city from every room.

Me and my daughter had a great time at the hotel. Warm hospitality, friendly and helpful staff. Hotel is kept neat and tidy and most of all its strictly COVIT protocols. Guests health is always first for the staff. Breathtaking views and closeby activities are optional such as hiking, mountain cycling etc.

Very nice hotel what a brilliant view the staff were lovely very very helpful I like security with the keys to get in and out . Review of table mountain was absolutely gorgeous from the hotel and the view over Cape Town would stop there again
