It is a small Guest House at a good location from with the Waterfront at walking distance. The room was small but sufficient and clean. There is a cozy garden with a pool which is a nice place to chill and relax. But most important, the hostess is a great women and made the motto true; arrive as guest, leave as a friend, return as family. And thanks for the choclate ;-)

We booked this guesthouse and were pleasantly surprised by the friendly and helpful staff. Arranging taxis, itineraries. We had two amazing breakfasts, if the weather is OK enjoy the terrace and small pool. Evennan Apple TV was present, made me feel at home right away.

I had to make a late reservation to stay here after a booking mix up left me stranded. I was pleasantly surprised by the warm hospitality and helpfulness of Alexis. The room was wonderfully comfortable with good WiFi and a spacious bathroom. Very secure and well situated (although the Uber drivers seems to battle to find it - warn them about the one way streets). Ended with a fresh, healthy breakfast and just sorry that I didn’t have enough time to enjoy all the luxuries that the guest house offers. Highly recommended.

The room was large and well appointed with quality linen and the bathroom modern and spacious. I didn't have time to savour the common facilities, but breakfast was served at very well presented table with cut crystal. Great location, good value & A class act all round

I won't be impartial in this review. I can't. Why? Because when you meet these people, you realize that you can have a friend in a place you haven't ever been to. Point B is a little hidden jewel in Green Point, in an unassuming narrow alley (very safe though) away a few blocks from fantastic restaurants. Groomed to the slightest detail, even with aromatherapist approach, the guest house that Bradley and Hilton created is an ambiance where you could live forever. Yes, yes, yes, the rooms are small but can't be otherwise for the price in the overcrowded Cape Town! Ours was an eventful (too much) trip to the Southern tip of Africa. In mid July, our group stayed for one night and we loved it. Hospitality is a core value of Point B. A pleasant night, fantastic beds, soothing sheets... Yes, the shower was tiny but with soothing soaps and everything and -hey- we were there for one night ready to visit Cape Town, Francshhoek, and everything! A few days later, as our tour turned a little sour, in our way back to Cape Town we didn't know where we would spend out last night in South Africa and found in internet that Point B was fully booked! But we called anyway. Yes, it'd been fully booked by Bradley -one of the owners- ... FOR US, just in case. We are particularly grateful to the service personnel. They were outstanding. Our hearts are particularly thankful to Celeste. She was the warmest person we met in the whole trip. We bring with us this precious memory and we'll be forever grateful to Bradley and Celeste and the whole Point B crew. Hey, I can't forget those breakfast, freshly prepared by Celeste. Delicious. THANK YOU, thank you much.

It's obvius not a five star hotel, but rooms were nice and clean, everything needed was there. Short walk to V&A - friendly staff and owner - espicially Celeste with a happy and joyfull smile, where very helpfull. Absolutely a place we'll recommend. If we ever visit CapeTown again - we'll stay at Point B.

Lovely guest house in Green Point, 15 min walk to the Waterfront. Staff were really friendly and accommodating. Food was great (good for veggies too!). Some of the room decor was a little tired but the bed was super comfortable. This is a good value for money hotel in a lovely part of Cape Town. I would recommend to friends and family.

Very good location, within walking distance to ocean and waterfront (stores and restaurants). Quiet neighbourhood. As a woman travelling solo I always felt safe. Very friendly staff (breakfast and room service), except for the manager/owner: I felt that he wasn't interested in his guests at all. (He didn't greet and welcome me, even though I stayed at the Guest House three weeks ago.) Reception mostly was closed/not occupied. At night very bright spotlight shining into my room and made sleeping difficult.
