From the moment we arrived we were made to feel like king and queen of the castle. What an incredible location, historic prowess, great ambiance and superb staff 24x7 such a must stay for a bit of R&R, cannot wait to go back again.
On my own - solo travel can feel a little lonely! Arrived and was immediately welcomed and helped with my luggage from the vehicle. Check in simple, and then to room number 3. On the ground floor next to the pool. Spacious and beautifully furnished. Very comfortable bed, tea/coffee facilities and a great bathroom. Breakfast had a good choice. Wifi was good and the view from the deck of the Hotel splendid.
Other than the view from the rooftop this hotel was a disappointment. We stayed in room 5 which was so small we had to keep our suitcases in the bathroom. The windows in the room looked out onto a corridor opposite the kitchen door so we had to keep the curtains closed.Breakfast was just ok but you eat from plastic tables and chairs
Spent a week at this establishment in March 2022. Very friendly welcome on arrival, all staff very pleasant and helpful. Everywhere very clean and tidy, breakfast selection very good. A great view of Table Mountain and surrounding area from the roof top deck. Would recommend
We stayed with family and the rooms were very loud due to other guests partying. We did inform the reception but that did not help, they kept waking small children up. Sadly, we had to move out after the first night, the management refused to provide a refund for the second night, but we were offered a credit to be used over the next 6 months.
