The rooms at parliament hotel are clean , amenities available and they even provide etra if you need . From preparation , they provide a reminder of your arrival date and when the room is ready , the receptionist service is exellent thats one thing i surely credit this place .

If you are going for a short holiday and may end up having late night rest and want to catch a flight early morning , they surely give you an early wake up call so you wont miss flights. i recommend this place as its also central to CBD

This was my first time travelling to South Africa, and the Parliament hotel made my stay in Capetown excellent. The staff were very friendly and eager to help in any way they could. The room was spacious and very clean, and had many windows which kept it nice and bright. The breakfast was excellent, with a great selection of fruits, breads, and yogurts, as well as bacon sausages and eggs made to your liking. It’s also just down the road from the best coffee shop in the world (literally), and only a short walk to the main hop on hop off bus stop.
The only unfortunate part was, due to load shedding in Capetown, the elevator couldn’t be used at all times of the day. But overall a great stay, and we would definitely stay here again!

What an amazing experience!!!
My Daughter and I stayed at the PARLIAMENT HOTEL for 6 days, It was safe and comfortable place to spend our last week as she was going to University as a first year student.
with that minimal fee we paid we also had breakfast fit for the Kings every single morning fresh and always in time.
our room was cleaned every time we go out to register we would come back into a fresh room and we thank you for your HOSPITALITY, I will definitely book my accommodation with you when ever i come to visit my Daughter, and recommend you to all my friends and family.Thank you.

This hotel is a comfortable and clean option for staying in City Bowl. It is nothing fancy, but just an excellent well-run moderately priced hotel within walking distance of everything you want to do in Central Capetown. It also gives you an opportunity to see real Capetown, and not the artificiality that you would find at the V and A waterfront. There is a restaurant attached to the hotel where breakfast is served, which is excellent. At night, the restaurant becomes an Italian restaurant which also has excellent food. The staff was super helpful, kind, and gave excellent advice. I would highly recommend this to anyone who is comfortable staying in a moderately priced hotel. If you are a Sheraton, Fairmont, Hilton habitue, you might find it a bit spare, as there is no room service, and nothing fancy, but in its class, itis tops in my book. I would prefer to stay there than at the Mount Nelson, as it gives you a much better feel for Capetown of today. I say this, because I went to the Mo7nt Nelson as part of a package tour.

The hotel is well located in CPT downtown. Many restaurants and gift shops nearby. The staff team is very attentive and trained. I recommend this accommodation for those spending 4-5 days in CPT. The rooms are clean and breakfast is simple and fresh. The eggs and omelets are cooked at request.

We stayed one week at this very convenient hotel. Excellent position, excellent breakfast, but most of all, we met extraordinarily helpful and kind staff, especially at the reception. Together with Enzo, they helped us with everything (renting a car, booking trips, recuperating a missing item, etc..). We feel very grateful to all of them : Kay, Christo, Odessa, the head of reception and all the others.
We definitely recommend the Parliament Hotel.

Friendly staff, recently renovated and well situated in the Cape Town CBD. Reasonably priced my experience was good. The rooms are a bit small and you can hear noise and sounds from the corridor and other rooms. Parking is charged as an extra and requires you to drive up 7 floors in the parking garage which can be annoying. However its a good hotel overall.

The Parliament Hotel was quite an experience. I came with a last-minute guest, and my room was more than enough to accommodate us both. Everyone was a pleasure to engage with, and I won't forget them in a hurry. Breakfast was always impressive, with a quick turnaround time.
If you're clueless as to where to go regarding Cape Town tours, the staff is more than ready to give you some solid options (and even dinner restaurant options too!). All in all, I know for sure, I'll be back!

Hotel in a central location, convenient for reaching the Waterfront in a few minutes. Simple hotel, very spacious room, slightly small bathroom. Unfortunately we had problems with the use of the safe in the room, we had to ask for towels to be changed and neither shower gel/shampoo nor coffee were provided (but there is a kettle). Breakfast with little choice (only bread, cereals and muffins, luckily freshly made eggs). The furniture, which is decidedly dated, could also be spruced up a bit. But for what we spent, it's fine.
