This apartment is brand new, and is fully disabled-friendly. It is a modern unit in a modern block of flats, a short walk from the seafront walkway and with excellent security and underground parking. The unit is fully kitted out, and is on the ground floor meaning it has a small garden area as well. Anver is the perfect host, there when you need anything at all, but in the background as you enjoy your stay. The rooftop of the complex has a beautiful splash pool and benches with views up to the mountains and down across the sea. To top it all, there is a brilliant little coffee shop and bakery in the same complex. There are so many restaurant choices within walking distance it is hard to find a reason to ever use a car. We can highly recommend this unit

Check in is 3pm which is late they don’t even make a exception for early check in and they are even 1 hour late for their check in. No cleaner comes to your room to give you clean towels or to clean your room. U don’t even se the cleaner or manager I had to bother the security guys to find them everytime I need something from them☹️

This was the second time that we'd stayed at Mouille Point Village. The Location is wonderful. It's opposite the Ocean, and even the Rooms at the rear of the Property (where we stayed) have a beautiful view of Lions Head, Signal Hill and Devil's Peak. It's only a 15 minute walk from the V&A Waterfront, and also there is a lovely walk along the Promenade toward Sea Point. It all feels very safe. The Rooms are clean, comfortable, and we got some good sleep in the lovely Bed. The Staff were very friendly and helpful, and the only problem that we encountered was that the Safe in the Room was locked when we arrived and we couldn't open it to keep our valuables in. We did ask for someone to come and sort it, but unfortunately this didn't happen. All in all though, we had a wonderful 4 day stay there, and thoroughly enjoyed it. Would definitely stay again.

I recently stayed in a studio sea facing apartment. The room was very stark and lacked blinds /curtains on certain windows, allowing excessive light into the room at night. there were no bed side lamps, no hair dryer and not one service included in the price for an entire week. I was also booked into a specific room on the second floor and on arrival was place in another room on the 1st floor (more street noise)
The manager on duty was not interested in moving me into the room we had booked and paid for even though this was booked months in advance. For this reason, i will not recommend or stay here again.

Despite my few gripes, enjoyed my stay. I had a sea facing apartment on the first floor which was not pleasant as I felt like I was on the road and could hear everyone talking as they walked past. I was told on arrival that they were fully booked and that I should have requested an apartment higher up . I had booked through booking,com and was suggested I phone directly next time to make a booking. I was dissapointed that the TV needed your own card in order for you to watch Netflix or DSTV. You could get U Tube which was not good reception. WI FI signal was poor.

Checkin at V&A Waterfront is crazy - only a copy of passport is taken and keys issued at property. We got locked in to apartment due to a faulty lock. Whilst it was promptly fixed, it was a stressful experience yet no-one followed up with us to see that we were ok. Pool was out of order for the full duration of our stay, yet no-one from the letting agents contacted us to advise us or apologise. Ad states that a linen change occurs every 5 days, yet it didn't happen. When we contacted admin and the cleaner, both advised a charge of R500 would be required. I sent a copy of the ad and they finally agreed it was included in the price. Offered to change the day before we left which we declined. We were finally given a refund of one night's charge due to our complaints. It's such a pity as these are nice apartments if a little dated, in a great location. We would not return but would prefer to give our business to a business that appreciates us.

The location is really great, easily accessible to the beach, amazing restaurants around and it's absolutely peaceful. The apartment is super cute and cosy, with a great view. Gotta give 10 to Ms (PATIENCE) that lady was very helpful and sweet.

Great Location to choose for a vacation.
The staff were friendly and the check-in process was smooth.

On Arrival I reported that the Bed in the main room was very noisy.
Every turn in the bed elicited a lot of noise from the bed frame,
The Receptionist replied that the maintenance team had been advised and they were waiting for them to rectify.
3 complaints and 3 days later nothing had been done.

Are you sorted with accommodation.
Great accommodation. There is a lift, which would assist with the wheelchair. The bathroom however only had a shower (no handle bars etc) so that may be difficult for your mother-in-law. Great location though, right on the promenade. So enough space to get around with the wheelchair. Walking distance the V&A waterfront as well.
