We stayed for 6 days at the hotel, the hotel is located central in Cape Town, so best is to always take a car or use one of their shuttles to the Waterfront. That being said we always felt safe and had a super time. The rooms were great an and the staff super friendly and attentive. Waterfront around the corner, short drive to the Sea Point, Table Mountain, and all other attractions in Cape Town

I am a Marriott Titanium life member. I was a little skeptical after reading some reviews. I’m not sure what people want or expect, but this was a very nice hotel. It is modern and the staff were phenomenal. It is a very good option and great location for a stay in CT. I was upgraded on arrival to a suite. Great value and very nice experience.

Hotel with friendly staff which were eager to help. We had booked inter-leading rooms which were comfortable for a family of 4. A great start to a great breakfast. A halaal friendly breakfast followed protocols and were very enthusiastic in serving our needs. Only downfall was returning to the room after a full day out and finding your room not serviced. Perhaps the letter received should have re-iterated the Covid protocols for housekeeping! Thanks the the breakfast staff for their friendliness and eagerness to help!

We spent 5 nights here on Marriott points. The location is within walking distance to the V & A. They also have a shuttle twice each evening, when it may not be safe to walk at night. Their breakfast buffet is outstanding with omelettes made to order and many meat options as well as fruit, yogurt, and pastries. There is a pool. The water was cold and no towels pool side, bring from the room. We had to change rooms on arrival because the first room given was very smoky even though the whole hotel is nonsmoking. There was no way our asthmatic daughter could have slept there. With much relief the second room didn't smell. The worst part was the last day there we had money stolen from the safe. Apparently the batteries were low and it had not locked after putting the code in like I had previously done each day. Management came up and took a full report but nothing has come of it. We are simply out our vacation dollars. Sad way to end a lovely vacation. We still hope to return to CapeTown someday. Great City!
