We stayed here on the second week of our tour and there was very little to complain about. The rooms (get an even numbered one there is a view of Table Mountain) are comfortable and clean although the aircon is a bit noisy. The dining room staff are slow and a little inattentive except for the manageress who is terrific. The food is very good and cooked well, 5* for the Chef's department. The bar needed help as there is only one person who knows how to mix cocktails. Get an Uber account for the rides to the waterfront area. Would I stay here again - yes.

The service has been excellent. The staff are cheerful and have been very attentive to our needs. Excellent cleanliness in the rooms and breakfasts have been delicious. Lots of choice, eggs cooked to order and plenty of fresh fruit. A perfect location to see this wonderful city.

stayed here for one night. Centrality is a big plus, safe parking, quite as well. Rooms were not too bad although the carpets needed cleaning. Breakfast could have been better. Needs an upgrade definitely. Recommendation with caution.

The Breakfast Staff, if they do exist must just stop to be lackadaisical, dawdling and dishevelled. I had to clear my table myself from the first minute I was in Breakfast. Reception Staff, Keep It Up!!!!
