Bradley is the best hotel manager ever. May he continue to make customers feel at home. He goes out of his way to make customers feel satisfied and also provide them with guidance on how to resolve queries.
The aftercare service is very bad, the staff must be trained in paying attention to client queries even after they have checked out and not to ignore them. Christopher does require further training in addressing client queries
Warm welcome from the front desk. Staff can recognize regular clients and treat with good care. As a frequent guest member, received preferential treatment and needs were met accordingly. Would really recomend the hotel to others. Keep up good quality customer service.
