The best 3 star Budget Hotel in years !!!! I thank the hotel chain from the bottom of my heart for allowing people back to SA and opening your doors up. On arrival I was welcomed with a wonderful greeting being a smile. The room on the 3rd floor was facing the front of the hotel with green trees and wonderful morning sun light. The food was fresh and plentiful . My room had a 3 pin UK square plug along with 4 points for USBs and two other round plugs. The staff were attentive, caring and kind, very happy to respond in a timely manor to any question I had. For a budget hotel the bed was so good think mattress and clean pillows and duvet. Great big shower and toilet. If anyone is wanting a night away or looking for a budget hotel for business then this is the place to stay. The reception is very bright and colourful too. Fantastic rates currently that so affordable…
Not enough can be said about the very professional and friendly staff. Nothing was too much trouble. Rooms well designed, clean and very comfortable. Meals tasty and delicious. Very close to the V&F waterfront and all the other beautiful sites of Cape Town. Highly recommended.
Wonderful helpful staff. Great design, cleanliness, professional friendly service. No request too much. Really good and convenient location . Good for walking to waterfront and sights around Cape Town city....Would love to come back. Thank you.
Wow! My husband and I have stayed in many hotels across the world and this hotel wins hands down for the friendliest staff we have ever dealt with. From top management to rest of staff, nothing is too much trouble! Always smiling, always happy! Great location to be able to move to anywhere. 1km away from waterfront area. Well worth a stay! Thanks so much to all the staff.
Stayed for one night on business - late check in, early check out, so few facilities used. Nice looking bar / reception area, right on the square, very warm welcome from reception staff, and a simple check in process. Staff encouraged me to download an app so that communication with them was easier, but I was going straight to bed so didn't seem necessary- not sure how well that all works, but might be confusing for guests who aren't very tech savvy? Very comfortable room, a fair size for Capetown (some have complained here about room size, but Capetown often disappoints with small rooms) , all functional, decent eater pressure in the shower. WiFi a reasonable speed, no issues with login. Left too early to have breakfast, so can't comment. Pricing was very competitive for Capetown in early March, recommended. …
