Detailed Reviews
Modern & clean. Felt pretty westernised. Rooms are small - bathroom is separate closet for toilet & shower, with sink being in the room. Didn’t bother us. Daily breakfast buffet in lobby was plentiful & assorted hot & cold items. Laundry service was a godsend!

The hotel is middle of the range in terms of pricing and facilities. The rooms are small yet beautifully put together. As a fuller figure person, you must ask for a room with a disabled friendly toilet as the toilets in the room are impossible to use, to my distress. The hotel is conveniently located in the centre of town and all the restaurants and activities are within walking distance. It’s my first visit and for the price paid it’s a value for money destination.

Dedicated staff with a can-do attitude supporting a good hotel in a great location
Review of Signature Lux Hotel by ONOMO, Foreshore
Reviewed yesterday
Clean, comfortable and pleasantly decorated room with lovely ambient lighting. Great location - walking distance to the Waterfront. Good choices for breakfast.
All the staff are friendly and helpful. Special mention goes out to Yusraah in Guest Relations in Reception. We asked her for directions to a local Italian restaurant and instead showing us on the map, she offered to walk us to the restaurant. She also offered to book us an uber for our return journey. She went above and beyond our expectations. Well done Yusraah!!
Another mention goes to Siya in Reception. We asked him for recommendations for a local vegetarian restaurant. The next morning, he gave us a list of vegetarian restaurants that he had researched on our behalf. Well done Siya!

Very modern hotel in a clean condition. The rooms have no closet - just an open wardrobe. In the double room you have problems opening the second suitcase. Since we are only staying 3 nights and are therefore living out of a suitcase, a second suitcase stand could easily solve the problem.
If all the groups or guests arrive at the same time, the breakfast room is much too small. There are long queues at the coffee machine.

Room was cleaned and taken care. Enough for a single person. The staff was very caring. The reception was 24 hours available and in the restaurant you would feel at home. Any time I needed something help would be provided. Orders were taken seriously and service was fast.

Location of hotel is within easy walking distance to the V & A centre and the local restaurants.
The rooms are ok in size for a city hotel, the layout of the room for the toilet and shower takes a little getting used to because there is no bathroom so the shower and toilet doors open straight into the room.
The wash basin is also in the room which causes a problem if you have the water turned on to high as it splashes it only the basin area but the desk/workstation next to it.
The shuttle information supplied supplied by the hotel for the airport pickup is confusing whereby the map shows a red bus near the terminal. Unfortunately when you arrive at the airport and leave the main entrance on the ground floor the map does not help has the drop off, pickup area is on the concourse above. Plus your looking for a red bus when in fact it’s the driver holding a red sign at the entrance on the ground floor.
The staff are friendly, and the breakfast is sufficient, this is an ok short stay stop over hotel.

Modern and clean city hall.
Welcoming staff.
The rooms are small, the bathroom is a separate closet for toilet and shower, with a sink in the room.
The breakfast room, dinner and bar are a little cramped.

We really enjoyed our stay here. The rooms although small are clean and comfortable. The staff were amazing. Extremely helpful and accommodating. The breakfast was fantastic with a wide array to choose from. We ended up staying here by chance and would definitely stay here again. The location was perfect for us also. Within walking distance to the market and the waterfront and the buses as well as being a short Uber ride to most places we wanted to see

Terrible attitude from security staff. We walked through checking for breakfast/coffee spots as we were early in Town for a seminar but the security staff walked after us and spoke so ugly to my wife and myself that i would never consider nor recommend the hotel for stay over nor breakfast or any visit. Really bad respect for people.

The small rooms are perfectly enough for a short stay. The sink is in the room, the shower and toilet are separated and the doors open to the room. The room and the bedsheet are very clean, the bed is comfortable. The breakfast is ok, could be more choice on the buffet. Location is good, 15 mins walk to the V&A Waterfront. Service is very good and the staff is very friendly.
