The Pepperclub Hotel is a beautiful property located in a central part of Cape Town. It was in close proximity to many attractions. The accommodations were beautiful and 5 star. For me, the beds were a little hard (I prefer pillow top mattress), but absolutely comfortable. I highly recommend the suites if staying for a long period of time.

This hotel is out of this world! From start to finish the staff were incredible. Arrived early morning, very tired after travelling from the UK and they did everything possible to get a room ready us. Rooms are beautiful and everything you could want or need. Breakfast options are first class! Highest standards and delicious! The wonderful staff noticed my birthday cards and our wedding and cards, as we were there celebrating both occasions, and they left us little cakes and bottle - this made our special day extra memorable, thank you so much. They offer a free shuttle to the waterfront and the camps bay, excellent service and drivers so lovely. Bar is great and lounge areas great. The hotel is located near two different streets either side if you want some Nightlife and food / drinks near the hotel, Bree street and Long Street - both have different vibes but equally worth exploring, we did both and enjoyed them equally. What a great hotel. Firstly you arrive to an entire workforce that somehow make you feel like you’re the most important guest in the world. The staff here are the best I’ve ever encountered and I’m a serial traveller. There’s smiles, laughs and friendliness is the reason I will always stay at this hotel when I visit CT. The rooms are outstanding and cleaned daily. The spa was incredible and was just what we needed after a long flight. Breakfast was 10/10 with attentive staff. The location is fantastic and everywhere is accessible.

We spent five nights in November and were blown away by the service we received. Ndume, the concierge, went above, and beyond to find us the most comfortable room, and Chris the manager was extremely attentive, ensuring we were comfortable at all times. Breakfast was delicious and everyone was genuinely interested in insuring us day is comfortable as it could be. The location is superb, the café really fun, food, just delicious and the massage in the spa was great. Cannot recommend enough and would give 10 stars if I could. Thank you, pepper club for a fantastic day.

We had a great 4 night stay at the Pepperclub. The rooms were comfortable, the breakfasts and the evening meal we had at the Copa restaurant were excellent and there was an inspiring view from the gym, although the open air cold water pool was a shock to the system first thing in October. The best aspect of the hotel however was the excellent and friendly level of service provided by all the staff. In particular we would like to thank AJ for the excellent day trip excursion around Cape Point .....very informative and very enjoyable. Like many major cities Cape Town has its problems but we encountered no issues walking around Cape Town during the daylight hours and with the shuttle bus to and from the V&A waterfront and the taxis organised by the hotel we encountered no issues after dark, including an enjoyable evening meal out at Mama Africa in nearby Long Street.…

I was generally happy with the hotel and service I received Checking in was hassle free and the staff were warm and eager to get us to our rooms to rest after, what they imagined, would've been a long journey. The rooms were nice and comfortable. And I enjoyed my stay. There was an odd smell in the bathroom though which we suspected was the drain. But apart from that, we were super happy. Thank you Pepperclub Management and Staff for a memorable time in Capetown

Great hotel, I loved it. Really nice room, great staff. Nice toiletries in the bathroom. Tea, Coffee making facilities. Great breakfast and restaurant for dinner. Good location. Comfortable bed. Nice spa and pool area. Great massage.

We stayed in this hotel for 5 nights in Capetown. The staff were nice but the room was average. Our family stayed at the 8th floor and we could hear the music and noise every night and it lasts until the next morning. There was no place to sit nor was there a table to write on. The worse thing for me was the bathroom. There was only a bath tub. No shower facility and no drain on the floor. It was difficult to take a quick shower because the whole bathroom floor would be full of water. It is also a challenge to step into and off the tub because it was too high and with the floor wet, it would be slippery. Hope they improve and provide better solutions to this problem.

There may not be enough characters for this review. I'm harsh when a hotel purports to be 5-star, but who on earth has a hotel in the middle of the city when downstairs there is both a bar and a club and, sadly, we were booked n on a Friday and Saturday evening? With windows that are not soundproof, even from the 16th floor? We could not sleep! How bad is that? The bathroom is tiny, the shower door had no silicone, the shower door opened the wrong way, you had to be a gymnast to maneuver. And the basin is terrible: I'll never understand why they have these fancy sinks where water splashes everywhere and, of course, the plug is barely open which means that it takes an absolute age for the water to drain. A nightmare. The pressure in the shower was horrendous. Why do builders think that these top-down showers which are not adjustable are perfect for everyone? Breakfast - a disgrace. No full buffet, so you have to order and when the meal arrives, inevitably something is wrong. I ordered French toast: why on earth do they not supply teaspoons for the syrup, cinnamon, sugar and bananas? You have to slide everything off at once and the size of the meal was, frankly, an embarrassment. And you have to pay separately for a special coffee - the rate you pay would justify ANY coffee but No, they want to squeeze you that much more. And what's with all the chairs facing to the side - who sits like that? And a bat that doesn't have Stella and Hansa - WTF? I can go on, but I won't - do not go to this hotel if you are expecting a five-star experience.…

We had a very nice stay at the Pepperclub Hotel on a sightseeing holiday in Cape town. The Hotel is very well run, clean and has good ammenities. The complimentary shuttle to Camp Bay and the V and A is a nice bonus.
