Nice and tidy room but there were only semi transparent curtains on the windows so everything in the room was visible from the outside. The service from the reception was decent but the waiters were lazy and careless. They made a lot of fuzz just to bring me what I had paid from the booking. Also some of the ketchup servings were expired but they brought them anyway. Overall, it is a mediocre hotel that someone can stay without having high expectations of the kitchen.

This was my first stay at at signature lux and my first time out of the house after lock down. It was great to see all the things they are doing to keep things sanitised. The hotel did not have parking but this is no problem since there is secure covered parking by the waterfront acros the road and best of all it was FREE on the weekend. Breakfast was amazing - I had the eggs benedict with bacon, and yes it had an english muffin. I was also happy that the hotel manager passed by during breakfast and took the time to find out about my stay.

From the time you check in, the staff and warm, friendly and courteous. All Covid-19 protocols discreetly in place. The rooms were lovely and breakfast was superb. Thanks to the Signature Lux team for a wonderful stay!

I stayed at this hotel about 2 years ago on a business trip when they first opened. I always said I will go back for leisure, this past weekend I did just that and had the most amazing time. My partner and I were treated like absolute royalty from the moment we checked in. The reception staff can not do enough for you and kindly assisted us with recommendations of things to do in the area. The rooms are spacious with the most comfortable matrasses. If I thought the rooms were clean before, it is now even more so and it is nice to see that the staff maintain strict social distancing, keep their masks on at all times and often sanitize. Hand sanitizer is freely available everywhere throughout the property. The hotel's restaurant is super vibey with great music and atmosphere. The staff ensure ones glass is ALWAYS full and provided the best service and the most delicious food! Breakfast the next morning was just as great with fast service and some of the best coffee! Candice, thank you for making our stay extra special, you and your team really are the pinnacle of hospitality. We will be back and this time I wont wait 2 years.…

What a great experience. From the waitress serving breakfast to the general manager who made the effort to great us all at breakfast. Being this close to the waterfront I had many many dining options to choose from, I basically walked there every day catching up with shopping and some well deserved catch ups with friends. I do recommend that you do try the restaurant, great food - I had the burger and a beer outside on the "terrace"
