Cute boutique hotel , well located walking distance from cultural part of the city and in the middle of a trendy district. Beautiful roof terrace with pool where you want to spent hours enjoying the sun with a great view over table mountain. Staff is very pro and very friendly.

The room is nicely decorated with good quality modern stuff. It was also very neat and clean. Nice and airy cushion. Only thing we missed was a kettle for early morning coffee. Very nice location. Bathroom water pressure was superb. Aircon keep room temperature nicely controlled

Wonderful hotel with a 15 minute walk to the Waterfront. Beautifully decorated interior and its obvious that a lot of thought has gone into the rooms. The rooms are not huge but there is space enough. Great to have a rooftop bar (this wasn’t always open during the festive season) with a pool. Clean bathroom. Breakfast you order downstairs, no buffet. Portions were smaller than expected but delicious. The staff especially Sandy was amazing!! Would definitely go back…

WOW, my husband and I stayed in this hotel for a week (we worked remote, and also did some tourist things). It hurt to leave. The staff was SO amazing, sweet, they made us feel like we were old friends. The rooms were large, and clean and comfortable. The pool on the top is small, but still a nice little area to lounge. The location is walkable (in safe hours) to the V&A, and lots of places to eat and even a small grocery store a minute or two away. Everything was perfect here.

Nice location! Safe feelings! Wonderfull rooftop bar and pool. Clean room, bathroom! Poor breakfast: we prefer a buffet or at least some adjustments in case of allergie of stomach problems! As I have a gbp and just had a gall blatter operation, a week before our holiday, I could not order anything I was able to eat from my doctor: there was no regular bread, no bun, no normal non fatty toast (fat was dripping off the toast!) not just a piece of fruit and when ordering coffee you had to wait and wait and wait... and be very very very patient. Even at our day of checking out we had to get our plane and we were not able to have our prepaid breakfast or even a cup of coffee. We had to leave at 8:30 am, breakfast normally was possible from 7:30am but untill 8:30 nobody was there to make the breakfast or coffee. Even the lady at the reception did not know how to push the button of the coffeemachine to make us a small cup of coffee before leaving. Do also check the bill very well before leaving or paying !

This is a lovely boutique hotel, the location is fabulous with a mall right next door and a huge “Spar” supermarket. The rooms are spotlessly clean with lovely linen on lovely comfortable beds, the shower is fabulous. The staff you could not find friendlier or more helpful, there is a safe in the room and a tv (which we did not use) and the WiFi is very good. No power outages as the supply is on the same circuit as the local hospital. There is parking right outside (payable) and a big car park thirty meters to your right as you leave the reception. It’s very safe to walk around here with restaurants on your doorstep. The rooftop bar and the adjoining piano bar are lovely, the piano bar has live music which is excellent. My only minor criticism is there’s no tea/coffee making facilities in the room. Breakfast is very nice, would absolutely stay here again. Thank you to all the lovely staff here.

Good points : - great location - good staff - nice builing (colonial style) Down points : - Breakfast only available in a café at the ground floor. Portions are "small" and it only opens at 7.30am. Way too late. A breakfast buffet would be much better. - A TV set but only 5 TV channels on offer. Not good enough - No curtains in the room but only shutters/blinders. Bright sunlight goes through early morning from 5.30am (room 13) and that is a nuisance. - No boiler to make coffee in the room - No gym Overall, I'd say disappointing. There are probably better value for money hotels nearby.

Stayed here as part of a trip across South Africa. The hotel is ideally located about 5 minutes from Bo Kapp and 20 minutes from V&A Waterfront. There are a number of coffee places / bars and restaurants very close by. The hotel is smart, clean and safe with super friendly staff. The rooftop bar / pool is nice - but not really large enough to sunbathe - more of a chill out area-it got busy quickly when we stayed - but this is a city centre location so can’t expect too much. I would definitely return and recommend. The breakfast was lovely and the restaurant next door - The Piano Bar is definitely worth a visit.

Very friendly staff. The room was a bit on the small side though. Parking was a problem and guests with their own vehicles must manage their parking. I suggest management make an arrangement with the public parking across the road to be included in ones stay. Limited tv channels with no news channel which I found slightly annoying. Overall a nice stay close to everything Cape Town offers.

We arrived late night and needed a taxi - the hotel arranged that perfectly. The hotel room was tiny (as booked from us) but very nice, with all we needed. At the reception we got every information we asked for. The breakfast was good, the servant friendly-cute. The quarter, the hotel is situated in, is very clean, nice & safe; a great Mall is around the corner, also different tiny restaurants (even vegan). So will go there again if we need another stay at Cape Town.
