This studio apartment is absolutely incredible. Nestled at the top of Camps Bay (with no congestion or noise), the views are absolutely unbelievable. the apartment is incredibly spacious with all necessities available. The beach, hikes, shops and anything you could want are either a short walk or 5 minute drive away. We spent 9 nights in this apartment and will definitely be back soon. Hosts are accommodating to all needs and check on you on passing by to see if everything is going well. room is clean upon arrival and cleaned regularly. Not a single bad thing to say.

This is a great little studio apartment, great location and really well stocked and equipped - it has everything you need if you are after a complete self catering option. There are also beach towels and a hairdryer. Plug points and adapters are included all around the apartment which is very helpful and useful. Clean and tidy, comfy bed (not the biggest though), partial sea-view (unfortunately the roof of the petrol station across the road is the problem :) but this did not bother us. The bathroom was small but adequate but be aware there is only a frosted glass 'sliding door' which separates the bed and the bathroom. It is wise to bring your own toiletries. The apartment is very private with it's own entrance, but is only accessible by steep-ish stairs. You could walk down to Camps Bay Beach but the walk back up could be a bit of a steepy challenge. There is a convenience store around the corner and all of Camps Bay restaurants a few minutes drive away, as is Cape Town city.

Great place if you like the self-catering aspect. Unit was fully equipped with all the necessities. We would get up late and not have to worry about making the breakfast cut off time. The unit has toaster, kettle, pots and pans. Loved having a gas braai and a dishwasher. Shannon the host was very accommodating. You have all the DSTV channels unlike most hotels that only give you access to 8 or so. We stayed in studio 1 and out view was blocked by the garage across the road. I would suggest getting Studio 2. Location is great, very close to the restaurants. Only negatives I have are: I would like to have bedroom slippers as the entire studio is tiled. The staff were very pushy on the day of checkout. We knew we had to check out at 10 but they were bugging us from 9:30. I opened the door at 10am and the lady just forced her way in. I thought this was very rude and can be fixed. I would also like body wash provided instead of just soap. The braai wasn't cleaned when they cleaned the room. This would also be helpful.

I hate writing bad reviews, but I was left very disappointed after staying here this weekend. It was our anniversary and we were really looking forward to a great stay. We booked 2 nights for Studio 1 which would cost R3200 and had already paid 1600 on booking date. On arrival we were put into studio 3, a much smaller, darker and less modern room at the back of the property. This is not what we had booked for. We had booked for Studio 1 which is a very modern apartment at the front of the property with a glass balcony. It is much larger than the one we were put in. Shannon gave us the invoice that needed to be paid and the amount payable was the same as Studio 1. We asked Shannon why we were put into Studio 3 when It was made clear several times in emails that we had booked for studio 1, and we were told that she had put another guest into Studio 1 for a reason that is unknown to us. She did not bring this to our attention before we had arrived and to be honest I would have cancelled our booking if I had known we were not staying in the studio we had booked specifically for. Shannon did however give us money off, but she did this only after we had taken it up with her that we were unhappy. She wanted us to pay the full price for a smaller apartment that we did not book for which is robbery! The other studios also had gas braais and the studio we were put into had no braai, we had bought braai stuff but could not find a braai, but Shannon organised a Weber braai. The apartment did not have any double adapters for our phone chargers and other electronics so we had to buy our own double adapter, there was no braai tongues so we had to use a fork to turn our meat and some of the glasses were dirty. This really put a damper on our anniversary weekend and felt that there was no care. We were very dissapointed that we did not get what we had booked for and will not be coming back here unfortunately.

Thank you for your review! Yes, there was a problem with a double booking and I do apologize for this and you are quite right, I should have cancelled!!! However, I did telephonic offer your husband your money within 15 minutes of your arrival, plus we gave you R800 off the total amount, to remedy the situation. I provided you with the Weber braai on your request and I would have gladly given you the braai tongs & adaptors, if you requested them! Our check out time is at 10am and because of the inconvenience, I offered you an extended checkout time until 5pm, which you gladly took! I wish you all the best for the future!

Had an awesome stay here when we went to Cape Town for a holiday. Shannon was very friendly and gave us lots of suggestions on things to do and places to try out when we arrived. The accommodation is spacious and clean and very modern. The view is beautiful and we even got to see some whales swimming past from our balcony. Great place to stay and it is very central so getting around is no problem. Will definitely stay here again when returning to Cape Town.

Extremely nice and personable hosts. Incredible views from the studio! There is a nice terrace with a grill which you can use and is fabulous to watch the sunset set over the ocean! Honestly, a perfect and cozy home away from home.

Great location, great attention to detail making it feel like home from home. Everything and more provided for self catering needs. On the bus route, a short walk away from Camps Bay - we will most definitely be back.
